Just waited 10 minutes to get an otc item at pharmacy. Three employees and no one even acknowledged us. Guess I will have to travel to WC to get service. Total fail! ~Gregory

Wonderful. Called to see if BOGO 1/2 off sale reflected online was same as in-store on certain items. The man who answered tonight was super patient when we were initially having connection problems, and he couldn't hear my Q. Took time to make sure he heard me correctly, checked for sale tags in that department, and then volunteered to scan several of those brand items to see if any rung up on sale, since he wasn't working when they did sale tags. They were in fact, and *he* was glad he rung them up for me to make sure. Promptly went in and bought the items at the sale price, and all worked out swimmingly! So helpful... Only took off a star b/c the items weren't labeled on sale in the first place. ~TallCakes

Don't waste your time with this pharmacy. I just recently switched to CVS. I had been coming to this Walgreens location for almost 2 years because it's 5 mins from my house. But over the past year or so they have gotten progressively worse in customer service and attitude - and at times their technicians can be just plain rude and seem disinterested in helping. Their drive thru window is a joke. I've been the only car in line before and sat there for 10 minutes waiting for somebody. If there's more than 1 car in line I don't even try to use the window. Get it together Walgreens pharmacy! You're in a prime location but don't act like you're the only pharmacy in town. I can drive less than 5 mins down the street to the CVS. I am amazed any of you still have jobs performing at such a poor level...hire some ppl that act like they care about what they're doing! ~W
