Don't waste your time with this pharmacy. I just recently switched to CVS. I had been coming to this Walgreens location for almost 2 years because it's 5 mins from my house. But over the past year or so they have gotten progressively worse in customer service and attitude - and at times their technicians can be just plain rude and seem disinterested in helping. Their drive thru window is a joke. I've been the only car in line before and sat there for 10 minutes waiting for somebody. If there's more than 1 car in line I don't even try to use the window. Get it together Walgreens pharmacy! You're in a prime location but don't act like you're the only pharmacy in town. I can drive less than 5 mins down the street to the CVS. I am amazed any of you still have jobs performing at such a poor level...hire some ppl that act like they care about what they're doing!

The pharmacy makes continuous mistakes. When show them the error they get rude and don't want to fix it. We have had to get our doctor involved. When they fix it they do not acknowledge that they made a mistake or apologize. This has happened several times over the last year. Truly scary for people who may not review their prescription when it's filled.

The worst service from this pharmacy I guess you can't count on any one answering the phone without putting you on hold and not even saying hello, They need more customer service training stop hiring anyone

They improperly fill medication wrong brands or quantities every problem every month place sucks ! The pharmacy manager deleted my refill because my doctor didn't specify the brand that's not okay you are gonna get in trouble. This is purposely being done it's been over a year of trouble. Thanks for torturing somebody!

As a regular at this store, and only for the convenience due to distance from my home, I am regularly disappointed by the over all performance at this store. Stock is almost never replenished and not for a lack of stock (as I’ve been told by the team member in charge of stocking). The staff is lazy and rude beyond measure. There is one day time manager who just the other day was reprimanding a newer employee in the aisle of the store for her greeting style. The standard greeting being “did you find everything ok?” The employee had a much warmer tone and simply added a “hi, how are you doing” at the beginning. He told them they weren’t making the customer feel welcome. If there is anything I’ve learned in all my years of retail and customer service it’s that a customer, especially a regular, loves to be treated like they matter. A golden rule is make it personal and this employee was attempting just that. Corporate should do something about this high and might acting manager. The pharmacy staff can’t get a prescription right worth their combined intelligence. Severe lack of drive and determination across the board. Serious change should happen in this store if they have any hope for a future. I would typically avoid the CVS near here on Hudson and Dale Mabry but they are slowly becoming the better alternative. The overall rating for this store doesn’t lie…

I had never been to this Walgreens before I got my first covid vaccine. My first visit was great. The staff was courteous and made me feel at ease about getting the shot. The second shot was also a nice experience. I did a little shopping during my 15 minutes wait time and I was offered help by many employees. Checkout was quick and easy. I’m happy I got my shots here.

Save yourself a headache, don't use this pharmacy. Booked a vaccine appointment online for my child, the online form checked the age and it was approved per CDC guidelines as of today (and was later confirmed by the pharmacy manager). They refused to take my appointment number arguing that it wasn't helpful, they refused to take my insurance until we proved them we had used it there before (nation wide insurance carrier). They called the manager to clear the age (which was cleared), then argued the system wouldn't allow them to administer the vaccine due to age as the age restrictions had not been lifted for children on their system. Wasted over two hours of our time by a pharmacy and a corporation that don't have their act together.

I had an odd and awkward experience trying to get my 13 and 14yr old kids vaccinated at this location. After making appointments online and filling out consent forms, I was asked for passports to verify my children identities upon arrival at the store. I advised I don't have passports for them but had all of my own personal identification information. The clerk advised if I didn't have passports or photo IDs for my kids, I would need to provide insurance information or my kids social security numbers in order to get the vaccines. According to the CDC: COVID-19 vaccination providers cannot: -Charge you for the vaccine -Charge you directly for any administration fees, copays, coinsurance, or the balance of the bill after appropriate reimbursement -Deny vaccination to anyone who does not have health insurance coverage, is underinsured, or is out of network -Charge an office visit or other fee to the recipient if the only service provided is a COVID-19 vaccination -Require additional services in order for a person to receive a COVID-19 vaccine; however, additional healthcare services can be provided at the same time and billed as appropriate We left this Walgreens without vaccines, drove over to State Vaccine site at Raymond James, and within 30 minutes were able to get the vaccinations without passports, insurance or social security numbers. So, either the staff at this Walgreens is uninformed or they have implemented some questionable practices.

Store is clean and centrally located. The pharmacy can be good, honestly it used to be excellent. It's gone way downhill recently. Long pharmacy wait times abound, and the staff is frequently impatient.

When I walked in here, the store is clean and organized, and the smell is amazing. But it's normally empty, so much so that it feels kind of uncomfortable. It's too quiet. Even when the cashier sneaks up to the counter quietly... while you're waiting and you're wondering where the cashier is until he says "Hi!", and you get freaked out. The location for this Walgreens is awful... Most of the time, it just seems like it's obstructing my way of getting out of this parking lot faster. I rarely go to this place, and the only part of this business that keeps it alive is the pharmacy. We all know this.
