Just waited 10 minutes to get an otc item at pharmacy. Three employees and no one even acknowledged us. Guess I will have to travel to WC to get service. Total fail!

Highly recommend this Walgreens out of all the Walgreens in the area. We live near the Temple Terrace location (which I would not recommend.) This New Tampa store is quiet and uncrowded and every employee I encountered, from the moment I walked in, was friendly and helpful. I saw the (wonderful) ARNP at the clinic and she sent my prescriptions directly to the onsite pharmacy - and the pharmacist filled it quickly! Wonderful experience all around. I will happily drive to this location from now on.

One of the worst pharmacy’s .came to get a prescribe mouth wash and told me to wait for an hour! And that the tech there wearing masks which is good but they are talking so softly that you can’t hear any of them! Don’t they understand that they work in a pharmacy and they have to be loud so patient can hear them as most of there customers are old ppl or have hearing problems!

ThAt is The only Cvs/ walgreens which can makes acceptable passport pictures on BB Downs . Thank you Tamsyn. I visited 3 other locations ( CVS and Walgreens) and they just do not know how to do it.

Tried calling, said 1 person in front of me, after couple minutes on hold it rang someone picked up the phone (I heard her voice) and placed me back on hold. After 15 minutes on hold, I will take my business elsewhere. I understand people are running thin, but it’s all about customer service. They could have picked up and said “thank you for your patience we will be right with you” instead of just placing me back on hold. Communication/customer service is everything!!!!

BEWARE- Walgreens is not following CDC COVID19 vaccine guidelines. I scheduled appointments when my age group opened up and did not realize that my second dose was scheduled at 4 weeks. They changed their policy for later registrars for 3 weeks, but everyone else is locked in at 4 weeks. I can't even change appointment online or in person until day 21. Ridiculous.

Do not bother making an appointment for your COVID booster at this location if you time is important to you. The pharmacy is understaffed and the appointments run late.

Exemplary Customer Service Switched from CVS a few years ago and have been pleasantly surprised by the differences in the two chains. In general, Walgreens always goes above and beyond my expectations as a customer (and I have high expectations). Confused about the low ratings for the New Tampa location though. I can't say enough good things about the Walgreens on BBD. They have repeatedly and consistently gone above and beyond to support me during my transition from another state --even to help me figure out a way to pay for one of my prescriptions after I recently lost my insurance (without my even asking). Both the pharmacists and Techs are superb.

Today I called in and attempted to get my prescription filed. I usually deal with the Walgreens on Bruce B Downs and County Line Road, however I recently moved and now use the Walgreens off Dona Michelle/Bruce B Downs. Well the customer service that was provided today by the Pharmacy Associate and Manager was unacceptable. Without going into great detail, the associate was very short, no personality and rude. Both the Store Manager and Pharmacy Associate were rude, didn't seem to care about me as a customer and was rushing to get me off the phone because as she stated " they were closed" even though my phone call was answered while the Pharmacy was still open. Due to how I was being treated I asked to speak to the Store Manager, but he also was quick to give me the Corporate number and did not bother to ask me what was wrong.
