This is a terrible stop off of the highway. Bathrooms were disgusting. Women's bathroom was dirty and the soap dispenser did not work. Coffee creamer was out. No lids for smaller coffee sizes. Cashier outside the front smoking and hanging out with people.

The gas prices are a complete scam. The sign/is a low price, and then a high price. When you go in and pay cash to get the low price, they still give you the high price. Don’t be fooled. They are more expensive than the sign shows. They do not give you a cash price. Don’t go here. The low prices for some Circle K members club. That’s not shown on the Diesel sign. Complete scam.

They don't accept cash at all for forms of payment? I saw "no cash" on the door so I asked to make sure if it was no cash back and the lady at the counter said no cash at all. Really weird circle K.

I have been going to this gas station for three years now. There have been multiple instances where the cashier would short change me, and they seem to have it down to a science. I would buy a drink for $0.86, pay $1, and would be given a few pennies back. It's not a lot of money, but it would sure add up throughout the day. They intentionally empty out the nickels, dimes, and quarters slots in the drawer. It's a petty scam if you ask me. I'll be sure to bring the exact change next time.

Bad experience. Cashier refused to cash a winning scratch off ticket because I missed and didn’t scratch off a tiny piece of the bottom bar code. Any other convenience store clerk would have scratched it off, this was so petty of her besides her lack of good customer service. Won’t be spending my money here again when I can go to 7 Eleven where customers are treated way better.

I went in and prepaid for gas in the store. Several days later I see my card was charged again, same day. Manager refused refund. Beware of using your cards at this location. I will not be shopping here again

I wish there was 0 star. I Spent 9 years giving my money to that particular Circle K located in New Tampa on Donna Michelle Rd. My autistic son and I were humiliated, treated like animals by an assistant manager. And all that over a creamer. I will take this matter further because the cops were involved and our freedom and lives were threatened. we have been so traumatized. She told me in front of everybody that i shouldn't sent my "handicapped son to the store. My heart been aching because me and son are good citizen and we have never been in any sort of trouble. Especially my austistic son, he has a golden heart and is loved everywhere he goes. The managers at that store are not equipped for their position.

Went to walk in and the cashier at the time pulled the door shut while I was trying to walk in. I said "am I not aloud to come in?" And she responded "no" then locked the door. Its 5:40pm this is ridiculous. No explanation at all just rude.
