Great sales and a great section called Backstage upstairs with great deals on apparel, homegoods and luggage. Store not busy on this Saturday morning, yet there were plenty of associates to help. Good customer service. ~Deanna

Huge selection of name brand shoes, nicely discounted. I got a pair of ASICS running shoes in black for $42, they look sweet, and perform well. I think this chain is underrated in the value delivered here, but people are aware of it, as the store was pretty busy. Not my first time there, and will definitely be back. Highly recommended! ~Greg

The store in general was decent. No one greeted me at all and I walked by or near 3 different associates. The garment care overall was just OK, stock levels seemed low. Not the atmosphere I am used to. ~Jeri

Sooooooo my husband bought a shirt from them, never tried it on, it's to small, he went today to return it & they said it was a stain on the shirt. It's been in the bag the entire time, they sold a shirt with the stain on it & didn't want to take it back & denied they sold it like they, when it's been in the bag the entire time. This is why we usually don't go to hood stores. Unprofessional, the mall would've taken it back no problem. I will make this an huge issue. I'm not done. Picture of the shirt is attached. I was recommended by my podiatrist to come here so I did and from the moment my husband and I walked in we were greeted by Kyle who was Amazing!! I explained to Kyle my issues and he asked me questions which was great and he was able to see what type of sneaker would be a great fit for me. So Kyle did a foot scan which was amazing and you could see exactly how my feet looked and what was going on. So long story short Kyle bought out 3 different kind of sneakers and for my issues the Best fit for my feet where the Hoka brand and my feet were in Heaven felt so Amazing when I got home I didn’t what to take them off. The Best part is I wear a Richie brace and an orthotic and it fit like a glove !! I just want to say .. A Big Thank You to Kyle must see him!! I also have a profile with everything regarding my feet and purchases!! Will be back!! Love my socks as well!! Thank you Kyle!!! ~Sonia

Nice place. Nice atmosphere. Don't sell everything for sports but close. Folks were helpful and nice. Prices are competitive but didn't find mega bargains. We'll be back. ~E.

Aaron helped me every step of the way, helped me find the right shoes for me (also dropped a ton of knowledge that got me excited) and gave me the full confidence that I was purchasing the correct thing.
