Waste of time. Was looking for a pair of business casual shoes. Love my previous pair of Johnston Murphy shoes. Walked in the store, no acknowledgment from lady working store, no other customers around. Continued walking around looking at shoes. Was hoping she would ask if I wanted to look at anything but no. After about 5 min I finally picked up a pair and took them to her and asked if she had my size, before even looking she said, “No, Probably not.” I was already at the point of walking out, but poor customer service pushed me right out the door from there. On to the next place that actually cares to look you in the eye and help. ~James
