Incredible customer service and great quality for clothes.

Waste of time. Was looking for a pair of business casual shoes. Love my previous pair of Johnston Murphy shoes. Walked in the store, no acknowledgment from lady working store, no other customers around. Continued walking around looking at shoes. Was hoping she would ask if I wanted to look at anything but no. After about 5 min I finally picked up a pair and took them to her and asked if she had my size, before even looking she said, “No, Probably not.” I was already at the point of walking out, but poor customer service pushed me right out the door from there. On to the next place that actually cares to look you in the eye and help.

Johnston & Murphy at International Plaza and Bay Street in Tampa is a great place for quality shoes and business wear. I really like the selection that they have here and it is easy to find something that fits well. The staff here is very knowledgeable and willing to help you out. Good shopping experience.

Sexist staff and worst manager ever. Tina I think her name is was extremely rude to an employee in front of her customers about a dress code when the employee was dressed better than she was. The shoes are quality are nice but the people working there turned me off.

Forgot the name of lady that assisted me but she helped me with one pair of shoes and unfortunately did not fit well after my first day of use ( I have wide feet). Went back for another pair and those fit perfect and haven't had issues. She was very knowledgeable about the brand and was very informative on how sizing works and how to take care of the shoes.

Not only are these my favorite shoes based on quality and comfort, but the store manager, Tina, is an asset to this organization. I am a pain when shopping. I research a lot and require a lot of help when making a decision. Especially when the shoes cost this much. They are worth every penny. The quality and craftsmanship is unrivaled. But even though I am a tough shopper, Tina has never been anything other than outstanding and patient. Tina is a huge reason why I keep returning. Great experience! The gentleman who took care of me was beyond friendly- best customer service. We even chatted briefly about my Dostoevksy tattoo, of all things. I picked out a pair of Copeland Chukkas and he brought out another two pairs of boots I loved. Almost like he knew what style I was into just by talking to me for 5 minutes. I'll be going back soon to get one of the pairs he picked out for me.
