The store in general was decent. No one greeted me at all and I walked by or near 3 different associates. The garment care overall was just OK, stock levels seemed low. Not the atmosphere I am used to.

I had to return a record player I bought for my daughter and they even let us test another there in the store. Excellent staff!

I think merch is over priced when compared to original distributors or sellers with same product, but good variety and selection when I'm looking for something quick.

Unfortunately, the fit rooms are closed...and i didnt see any effor from the sales to come up with any idea to shoppers..my daughter was holding at least 10 dresses...to try on.. We went to Express and Zara and Dillars...problem solved..She is flying to Brasil with an amazing out fits...shoes/ purses/ belts/ bags/ jackets..

Waited in line for 15mins only to be told the items I selected IN THE STORE, were no longer sold by urban outfitters so I was not able to purchase them. What kind of scam is this because the racks and shelves were full of the items I selected. So are you all just looking for free labor to help bring that stuff to the front or is your inventory system just accurate…. The clerk was pleasant though so that’s a plus.

Called to check inventory in the store for a product. After a short and rushed “greeting” I then waited 30 minutes on hold. Never got back to me.

I went here years ago and had a positive experience every single time I go back it gets worse. The men's clothing section is almost gone and they don't sell albums anymore. Those are the only two reasons I had to go there.

Nice selection of clothing, costume jewelry, records and record players, live plants, coffee cups, accessories for men and women. The staff is helpful. This store is in an open air plaza. More suitable for young adults and teens.
