This is one of the best targets ever been to. Management is always present always willing to accommodate. Products and sales are tremendous. I wish I still lived in this area as I would go to this Target weekly.

My daughter's hoverboard broke within 2 weeks, the price is now double. Manager Lisa helped out immensely and was able to help with the price adjustment...thanks to her for making my little one's day.

I had the nicest most professional associate help my 91 year old grandma pick a cell phone. She had such a gentle way with her. Her name was Larney aka Emma. If the other associates have half the amount of customer service skills this lady had it will be a great day. I was just blown away!!

I have to give a 3/5 stars regardless of how much I love Target. I’ve never had a bad experience with an employee, everyone has been friendly, but the stock in this store is another story. I am constantly finding that there are items listed as in stock on the app, then they are gone when I order or go to the store. It’s Russian roulette of when cat litter will be in stock or a specific soap, etc. If that issue was addressed then this would be the perfect place to shop! PS, bring back the garden center or do something with that large enclosure! Expand the stockroom or store.

Thank you Target, and an even bigger thank you to Matt working in the back by the music and books. He was so quick to help me find a product i’ve been looking for for a long time. Wasn’t on the shelf but he went back and found one for me and I couldn’t be happier. He did it all with enthusiasm and a smile on his face and if you’re his manager reading this, give my guy a raise or a paid day off or something, cause not only did he get you guys a sale today but he got a returning customer at this store for life. Absolutely no one in line and we were told to go to the other side and wait in the line for a room to try on a couple of pair of shorts. Lol everyone's got to be a dictator. Your people need customer service training.

Excellent customer service, specifically at this store! I have 2 other locations closer to me, but I've been driving out of my way just to come here! It's nice, and very calming to shop at, love it here

Just drove 20 minutes to buy a cellphone case for a Android Galaxy S21. Mind you that the store sells several android phones ranging from ranging from $500 to north of $1000. We found a huge wall catering to IPhone cases (all of them). Nothing for Android outside of some chargers. Aggravated, I asked a service member in electronics if Target only catered to IPhone users for cell cases. He said "I don't think so?". Walked us over to the big wall of IPhone cases, paused and then asked me if I've looked around. I'm thinking, is this your department? Eventually I found a small little area near the Androids they have for sale. Interestingly enough the few they had didn't even fit the Androids they were selling. I asked to speak to a manager. The guy who came wasn't personable at all. Basically told me he doesn't make choices for Target and that we were welcome to check out what they had on line! I let him know that we had drove 20 min to purchase a case and that if Target was only going to cater to iPhone users they should get out of the android market completely. Then I said that it was crazy to offer a $1000 phone that they could not provide a case for! Further more Target needs to let their loyal customers know not to waste their time when in the market for a Android case, adding that I was most likely to post a bad review. Again the supposed store manager sited that "he didn't make the rules". All I was looking for was for him to make it clear if this was a mishap or policy, or to acknowledge the fact that if Target was not going to cater to the 1000s and 1000s of android users out there then we should be made abundantly aware of thisp. If NOTHING else the service people working in electronics should be aware of what they do, and do not sell. Asking me "if I looked around" and telling me "he doesn't make the rules" was in no way helpful. Rather then make my purchases on Targets website. I made my purchase through Amazon which I encourage the rest of you to do! Much larger selection without the ignorance or attitude. Still can't believe they are selling $1000 Android phones without any way to protect them!!!!

They don't honor their own rules or signage, and have very combative and rude employee's. In 2 trips with minutes of one another because of my forgetfulness, they didn't honor my purchase or their rules in any way. Instead, I get yelled at by an employee who apparently is Target and she makes up her own thing. I have 2 receipts that directly contradict what she said and as a result Target lost money and Walmart gained a more loyal customer. 👏 Bravo 👏 Congratulations on all your control you have over purchasing at Target. Great message to send Target. 👍

Target continually finds ways to make it easy for consumers to buy from them - drive up, in-store pickup, subscription services, etc. Associates are empowered to remedy issues with target circle offers and price differences online vs in-store.
