A bit quiet these days at this Macy's but, it's still clean & well maintained. The staff is helpful & polite. Everything appears to be in stock as well despite supply chain issues.

Me and my friend were laying on a bed trying to see if we should buy or not. Someone in the bedding department came up behind us and yelled GET OFF THE BED!!! Even tho there was no sign on the bed saying that we couldn’t lay on it. If I could give the store negative stars I would. This was not the first time we have had a negative experience here.

We bought a Kenneth Cole suit and the register lady was super nice and applied well discount. The store is clean and well organized. Will recommend it to anyone in need of a good quality store.

Tired of online shopping we went over to Macy's for some new clothes for my son and I will tell you that personal service is what I missed the most. The staff were helpful and made shopping for a difficult not shopper enjoyable. Maybe it's time we stopped clicking so much and enjoy the experience, service and knowledgeable staff.

This is not the Macy's of the past. Took us 10 minutes to find and chase down an employee. Once we found her she answered questions, but we didn't feel welcomed. For example, the question "Where is your elevator?" was answered with, "Behind the men's department." A point in a general direction, or at least a tilt of head in a direction would have been more helpful.

My go-to Macy's. I love shopping here; they have everything I need from clothes to fragrance and beauty to kitchen supplies. I do wish the beauty department had more brands in store, but oh well. Love finding good deals on trendy clothes.

This Macy’s has a good selection and the people are nice, those things earned them a star each. Now, I’ve been shopping at Macy’s for over 20 years and from D.C to California and Washington state to Florida. This is by far the worst store once you’ve made your selection. I’ve gone 6 times since moving here in November and have only been able to make a purchase once. They move like snails when checking you out and have zero sense of urgency even with 10 people in line. My experience the one time I did check out tells me that they are pushed to sell their credit card applications as I already had a Macy’s card that I no longer use and the lady insisted that I update my information for card accuracy. Upon completion of the sale she hands me card info and she had opened a new account for me when I did not want one! If my old account was inactive then so be it, I dont use credit cards but she lied and said she just needed to update my info on it. Again, this shows the importance placed on upselling their card, it took me over 15 min to purchase two items!! Today after standing in line for 15 min and it moving nowhere, I hung my selection on a rack and walked out vowing to never enter that store again. This store has caused Macy’s to lose a life long customer. Maybe they will learn that moving people through the line at a decent pace is an important step in customer service.

Great sales and a great section called Backstage upstairs with great deals on apparel, homegoods and luggage. Store not busy on this Saturday morning, yet there were plenty of associates to help. Good customer service.
