Copy machines are old and outdated, they can't locate all the files on a USB drive and the wait time to get a simple fax sent is ridiculous

If I could give 10 stars I would to the awesome lady in print & copy center. I received above and beyond service. When I walked into office depot I had no idea that her shift had ended. She answered all of my questions and helped me fix my online order. She was so polite and helpful.

The Printer/Scanners are "OUT-OF-ORDER far too often, making the Self-Service Option a Constant Gamble, with rapidly decreasing odds in Favor of the Self-Service Customer. Too Ofter, 2 of the 3 Copiers do NOT Work. On the other hand, Customer Service and assistance with Office Supplies is EXCELLENT

My experience is good at the Chapel Hill store, the only thing that they should improve is they should wait on the customers 1st come 1st serve and stop waiting on whoever walk up. Other than that it was great

Curbside is a joke. The young man who brought us our order asked us who we were and walked back in. He literally came back, tossed the printout, and said "Alright" and walked back in. Very unprofessional.

The printing area needs help and they take customers who randomly walk in before people in line. Wish I could give zero stars. I have been in line for 30 minutes.
