I arrived at the pharmacy close to closing time. A family member was just discharged from the hospital and needed to have a medication for the morning. Lay helped me get the medicine filled and even helped me save some money when the insurance would not cover it. Both interactions were very pleasant. She was a pleasure to work with and had GREAT customer service skills. Thank you Lay!!!!

Walgreens, as a whole, has terrible provider prescription voicemail service. I work in the dental field, and all the time we have patients say their prescription was “never called in”, when it most definitely was. Today, I experienced this myself as a customer. My doctor called in same prescription twice because “there was nothing on file for me”, “no record of anything being called in”. Two trips driving up here while sick are wasted because of their flawed system. I, from now on, will go somewhere else! (This location today was at the corner of Ridge and Baker’s Bridge roads).

This is the most terrible pharmacy. They rarely have prescriptions ready when they are due. This place was great until they changed over.

i hate to leave a review but in the simplest terms , the pharmacy tech at this location is one of the rudest people i’ve ever met or had the displeasure of talking to over the phone

I have always liked Walgreens until 8/5/21, I used the pharmacy and encountered the rudest customer service from an employee in the drive through, she threw my medicine in the container, threw the receipt and didn't even acknowledge that I couldn't reach the receipt until I blew my horn and she act like she didn't hear it.These are the type of people who ruin the name of a business. Walgreens need to watch who they hire! I will not be using them anymore and spreading the word about the customer service you get.

I have a wonderful customer service experience each time I come into this store. 4692 Ridge Rd, Douglasville, GA 30134. Everyone is friendly and helpful. But Retha(I believe I spelled her name correctly) has gone over and beyond in customer service. I ordered something and she called to let me know they weren't able to complete it due to lack of supplies. She told me I could wait for supplies to come in, but didn't know how long it would be; or redo my order online and have it sent to another store. I decided to wait for 2 weeks and if by then it couldn't be completed I would reorder and send to another store. She went the next day to another location and got the supplies needed and completed my book and called me to let me know it had been done. I couldn't believe it! I was so touched and honored. It is wonderful to know that excellent customer service still lives! Thank you!

I haven't used the pharmacy at this location but I have shopped at the store since moving to the area. Store is very nice, clean and well lite and the employees are always nice and eager to help.

When this location changed from Rite Aid to Walgreens, I was glad because it is much closer to home, however, I have been nothing but disappointed with the pharmacy. There are long wait times despite being told that my medicine is ready almost every time I go in. The last straw was when I went in about 2pm yesterday and was told the pharmacy was closed for lunch. Are you kidding me? I’ve been with Walgreens for over 10 years and they’ve never been “closed for lunch”. This was also after once again being told my medicine was ready for pickup. I’m done with this location. I’ll drive the extra 20 minutes for consistently great service.
