Along with other reviewers, I have to say that this is the worst UPS location I have ever used. The employees are indifferent and rude; service is extremely slow and inefficient; and worst of all they have a track record of losing packages. Like another reviewer a few years back, I brought an Amazon return, had the person at the register scan my Amazon return code, received a receipt, and then left. Three days later, I noticed that there was no record of the Item having been received by UPS. When I called the store, they gave me the same malarkey about Not shipping out Amazon returns all at once. It's now a week since I dropped the item off, and it's still not showing on UPS' system. The bottom line is, that these people lose the packages they are entrusted to ship.

I can in when they open at 8:30am to get paperwork notarized. Patrick flatly lie to me and say that the Notary person does not come in until 10am. I had to be at work at 10am, so I have to waste hrs and miss work. Came back at 10am and found out he was the person that does notary. If I can put a zero star, I would. Worst customer service. I want to Thank him for being super unhelpful on top of losing my dad recently.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Truly the worst service I’ve ever received. I had a few documents printed and they printed them incorrectly THREE times. When I asked them to correct it, the guy kept acting like it was an inconvenience. DO NOT GO TO THIS UPS. Drive to another city if you have to.

Used to be a good place but bunch of new hires that are clueless. No manners, etiquette or basic courtesy… UPS, please train your employees with basic etiquette.

One of the worst UPS stores in Atlanta in terms of customer service efficiency. They are always SUPER slow and frequently do not have a notary. Plan to spend at least 15 - 20 minutes even if you're just doing a drop-off.

Despite the sign in the window advertising notary services and their website advertising same, they do not have notary services here. At least four employees were in the store when I stopped by, there may have been more in the back. Seriously, you can't pay the $50 fee to have at least one employee commissioned to provide a service you advertise having?

The Customer Service provided by Tiffany was phenomenal! The service line was long too long. Tiffany was the only worker at the station. I must commend Tiffany's pose and professionalism with each customer. I could have left however I choose to stay just to observe Tiffany's customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. It took over 30 mins to be helped (14 of that was just waiting to even be acknowledged) and it came with attitude (I was only the second person in line and the first person was just dropping off). To the person working, find another job if working with the public isn't your thing. Loud music, no help, and overcharging - I walked out and will gladly wait in traffic going somewhere else than give this place my money.

i came in on a friday for fingerprinting & was told by an employee they stopped fingerprinting at 4pm, and to return the next day before then . I arrive the next day at 12noon just for a different employee to tell me they don’t do fingerprinting on the weekends . they’re not on one accord. and she had an attitude.
