I had a fabulous experience with Emily. She was able to calmly and easily explain my new phone. She also was able to transfer over all of the apps that I use, and all of the home screens (14) that I have set up, to run my life. This was wonderful. I did not feel stupid, like I often do. I would recommend her highly. 7/7 Would recommend her *highly*

I was having difficulty getting my new service up and running. I headed to this store for help and got what I needed. My issue was related to AT&T prepaid which typically is not managed in the brick and mortar AT&Ts but they went above and beyond to get my service up and running. Emily and Paul are professional, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. Very cool experience. Highly recommend this carrier (service is great) and this store , because service is great.

I stopped in the Concord AT&T store today because I was having issues with my business account. Dylan worked with me for over an hour, patiently explaining to an AT&T customer service (phone) rep, how payments had not been posted correctly to the account. He resolved the issue and made sure the account was in good order. He was great to work with! As he was helping me with my account, I looked around the store and noticed how professional and kind the other store reps were as well. I highly recommend this store!

Lauren and Dylan were both incredibly helpful. Lauren was who we primarily worked with, she had a bubbly, kind personality and our conversation throughout the process was sincere and enjoyable. We moved from Verizon to AT&T almost 2 years ago and it’s the best decision we’ve made.
