Best cell phone store in Concord, New Hampshire (NH) 2024

Drew was awesome answering my concerns. Spent extra time explaining what my problem seems to be. Had been to store on fort eddy and couldn't get any satisfaction. Won't be going back to Fort Eddy. Heights store will get my business ~Terry

Bought modem and service 2 hours ago. Does not work. Xfinity cannot help and Boost store does not issue refunds. Buyer beware! UPDATE: after four days of holds and transfers with customer service at Boost Mobile and Xfinity the end result was that I needed a live coax hook up to to activate service. The associate that sold me the modem insisted all I needed was a power supply. I was very misinformed by the sales rep in the store. ~Rebecca

Just had the pleasure of dealing with Matthew. I came in because I was having a charging issue with an older phone and just assumed it was time for a new one. He was able to clean the charging port and get her running again...he even cleaned the rest of the phone while charging it for me. Great experience, and when it is time for a new phone I'll be back! ~Colin

I had a fabulous experience with Emily. She was able to calmly and easily explain my new phone. She also was able to transfer over all of the apps that I use, and all of the home screens (14) that I have set up, to run my life. This was wonderful. I did not feel stupid, like I often do.
