I bought a new Samsung 22+ from the app and had some issues transferring some of games and pics from my older IPhone so I went to the store and they helped me. They were a little busy but didn't wait long and the young lady that helped me got right on it and in under 15 min had me all fixed up. AWESOME JOB Thumbs up 👍

Just had the pleasure of dealing with Matthew. I came in because I was having a charging issue with an older phone and just assumed it was time for a new one. He was able to clean the charging port and get her running again...he even cleaned the rest of the phone while charging it for me. Great experience, and when it is time for a new phone I'll be back!

I felt like the store employees really tried to make the process easy. I had some of my own complications where I had to come back on different occasions. Not seeing the same people twice they had notes set aside describing the details of my account we had made prior to me leaving allowing us to pick up where we left off. I would to say thank you to Avery for finding and getting the phone to me, Paul for accurately passing on the info and Hunter for getting me onto my new plan.

So seriously, I switched my entire business plan and family over to T-mobile from another carrier. Paul and Hunter could not have been any more patient and helpful. And trust me, I didn't make it easy on them. What a GREAT customer service experience. If you want to see customer service fine right! Go talk to these guys.

My phone stopped charging so I called T-Mobile and they sent my replacement to this store. Upon going through the phone inspection a tiny crack that was hard to see was noticed on the screen. I did not notice this crack and can understand that it makes my phone ineligible to replace. However the manager told me there was nothing else he could do for me unless I filed an insurance claim. When I left I looked at my T-Mobile account and I noticed that there was something else the manager could have done for me. I only owed $14 more then my insurance deductible and was eligible for a jump. I am glad that I didn't listen to the manager. Now I can get a new phone instead of paying an insurance deductible to get a refurbished one. I will be going to Hooksett T-Mobile instead to pay off my phone and get a new one through the jump program. I do want to mention that there was one employee who actually acknowledged me during this transaction. I do appreciate his kindness and customer service but feel like the manager should have been more knowledgeable to really help his customers.

Went into T-mobile in concord today to try to figure out our protection plan to send a broken phone back to get fixed. Kaylee the girl that helped us noticed we didn't have a protection plan on that specific phone(which we were told it had when we bought it) said she could probably put it on the phone for us now to get it sent out. Which was great. We ended up just paying off the phone and getting a new one anyways. But were greatful she was able to do that. The help we got from Kaylee and Hunter was over the top. Way better than I thought it would be, especially with our first experience at a different store. Kaylee stayed with us to get a phone case, ear piece and a new screen protector, which she put on for us! She was leaving so we stayed with Hunter to finish the downloading. I'm just super happy about the service and the new phone!!! Super greatful for both of them!

I walked into this story with one of my friends. We are new in the city and wanted a new local line for ourselves. As we walked into the store there was nobody to help so I asked if someone is available. I could see 4 employees sitting on the middle table chatting amongst each other. One of the employees rudely asked ‘what?’ with a weird face expression and I repeated myself if there’s anybody to attend us today. I couldn’t see anyone in the store apart from the employees and in spite of that we were told there is a 30-minutes wait. This was really disrespectful on part of the staff. Please change your employees!
