Usually can be a quick trip and they are very efficient. We bought windshield wipers this time but within a week the one flew off. I was able to put it back on but I'm still not sure about the quality of valvoline's wipers. Oil changes are great though we always come to them to get that done.

BEWARE!! This establishment tried to scam me. Showed me a dirty smudge on his hand that he said was from my transmission fluid - said I needed a flush and fill. He wasn’t expecting us to get out of car and check it ourselves- transmission fluid just fine- not discolored or burnt smelling. YOU CAN NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS Service: Oil change

Great customer service here. They showed me my air filter, then I asked to have them replace it. When they checked their stock and discovered they didn't have one in stock, they called a parts store to have one delivered. The parts store delivered the wrong part, so they had to return it and get the correct part. As all this was happening, they made sure I was OK waiting and checking in with me. Will definitely be returning here again and again.

Went to the Valvoline website and got a coupon for my oil change. Not only did I spend a fraction of what it would cost elsewhere (I was away from my usual place), but they showed me where my usual place damaged my car. Going to have to stop by and talk to them about that. They fixed the problem for me for so extra fee and I was still out of there faster than I would have been elsewhere. Definitely recommend 👌.

Never really ever had an issue with them, I’ve been going to this specific place for the past 3 or so years and used 3 of my own vehicles and my family have been going to instant oil for just as long as I have, today I took my brand new truck and they were done with my truck for only $45 and they were done quickly

I haven't been there in quite some time. However the service was great. Their prices are somewhat higher for a conventional oil change,but you're paying for the convenience of quick drive through service.
