Usually can be a quick trip and they are very efficient. We bought windshield wipers this time but within a week the one flew off. I was able to put it back on but I'm still not sure about the quality of valvoline's wipers. Oil changes are great though we always come to them to get that done. ~Kaitlyn

Omg! That’s probably the BEST buckle I’ve ever been to! I forget the assistant managers name but she AWESOME!!!! If it wasn’t for her I would have ended up with the wrong jeans for my type of body. The outfits she helped me decide on make me feel very confident in myself and I’m NOT a confident person at all! She needs a raise or something or an employee of the year. She didn’t seem like I was getting on her nerves like other stores do. She helped and answered with EVERYTHING I was having trouble with! She isn’t judgmental. She understands! From now on if I need clothes I’m going to her! Screw the rest of the mall, I just need her and that store and I know I’ll be walking out happy as heck! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ ~Michael

Always pleasant to browse there. The staff are very friendly and even remember you after a couple trips. Great selection. I think I might make it a habit to visit every Friday just as an excuse to get out of the house. They have more than books too, not a bad place for nerds and geeks to find some games. ~Vengeful

The wrong order was delivered and that was OK things happen, but when I called the store to ask questions about when the new pizza would be delivered. The person I spoke to about my customer service concerns was very rude and short. I'm hoping when the next order gets delivered it is correct. ~Amber
