Omg! That’s probably the BEST buckle I’ve ever been to! I forget the assistant managers name but she AWESOME!!!! If it wasn’t for her I would have ended up with the wrong jeans for my type of body. The outfits she helped me decide on make me feel very confident in myself and I’m NOT a confident person at all! She needs a raise or something or an employee of the year. She didn’t seem like I was getting on her nerves like other stores do. She helped and answered with EVERYTHING I was having trouble with! She isn’t judgmental. She understands! From now on if I need clothes I’m going to her! Screw the rest of the mall, I just need her and that store and I know I’ll be walking out happy as heck! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Gabbie helped my partner find the perfect pair of jeans and even helped find some shirts to go with them! She was very nice, helpful, and knew exactly what she was doing! I believe she’s the assistant manager. She will most definitely make sure your visit is as perfect as can be! I can’t remember the name of the other employee I had talked to but she wears glasses and was so intrigued by my alien hoodie. She was also very nice and friendly!

I love their enthusiasm but it seems like flirting to me. My boyfriend always spends a lot of money there maybe they cater to him for that reason but I dont like it. Talked him right into a reversible long sleeve shirt. I do love my boots though. We will return because we love their clothing, but I will set boundaries next time.

Love shopping at Buckle... love the selection of clothes, but one sales associate rubbed me wrong... I know how sales work... I know how commission works... but when you buy something off a sales rack, you see what the price is, why would they cut off the price tag, and charge me $15.00 more.... shirt was marked $25 on clearance rack, but then she cut my tag off and charged me $39.99 simple math could only set in perspectives of what might be going on here... just saying... pay attention. Look at your receipt and tags before walk out...

I walked in and was looking around, a sales representative came up to me and asked what I was looking for and it was a tremendous help because she knew exactly where everything i wanted was. She had amazing fashion sense and helped me pick out several good looking outfits. Best cloths shopping experience ever.

Every time I go in here the girls are so friendly. I cant wear their clothes (size 26 in women's plus). But my sister can and these girls don't treat me any different than a regular customer that comes in.

Went in today to exchange some items I had ordered online. Tori was helping me and made the experience so nice! She wasn’t pushy whatsoever and went above and beyond to make sure I liked everything I had purchased. She is a great example of who to have working in your store! Will definitely be back again!
