They had a nice cozy atmosphere and good prices on shoes. The staff was helpful and I wasn't there very long.

The Charleston town center foot locker is filled with very rude workers. Every time me and my husband go in there they dont want to offer help but help all others around us. They have made comments about us not looking like we can afford their products. Last time i was in there i had to wait 10 mins just to be rung up while the cashier talked to his co worker just making us wait until their conversation was done. Then he said he walked away and had to wait on someone else to ring us up.

Awesome store, TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES! idk how this particular store stays open? Go to champs, or any other sports store than here! Stay away!!!

Foot Locker always has a large selection of choices for both male and female and including children prices are reasonable compared to other stores selection is good and usually have good items in stock

Footlockers back has to be hurting cause they are carrying the Charleston Town Center Mall and pumping life into a slowly dieing destination. There are so few shops and department stores that the shoe stores like Footlocker are the main attractions. But on a real note the staff was very helpful and tried to keep busy even tho it was a ghost town. Champs had 2 teenaged guys working and didn't say a word to me. Not hi, bye, f#@k you nottta. Just talked to each other like it was nothin. Not sayin everyone needs to cater to me but dang a what's up woulda been fine lol. So I took my business to Footlocker and the House of Hoops. Great staff! Much Love!!!

I was told they had a pair of shoes in stock by one if the employees who works at another store in the mall. It was after close, so I came back that weekend and the same girl said they didn't carry the shoes I wanted. I live over an hour away.

Very bad service. But was the only place that had the shoes my son wanted. We live 1 1/2 hours from the closest foot locker. Got home to realize they didn't remove the security tag from his clothes. And don't bother calling the store they don't answer the phone..From now on we will only shop at Finnish Line
