I have 2 children and have always loved shopping at Carter’s in the Huntington Mall for outfits. I recently bought several fall outfits for my 4 month old and 3 year old. As you do with baby clothes, I took my purchase home to wash it before use. I followed the instructions carefully washing in cold on gentle inside out and hung to dry. I noticed the black portion of the onesie seemed to disintegrate and spread all over the outfit. I took the outfit in to see if this was a known issue and didn’t even bring up asking for a refund to the associate. The manager standing near the register overhead my issue and sharply interrupted to inform me they will not refund anything that has already been washed and huffed away. I am very disappointed in the level of service as no one even offered an apology and the manager, Tina, treated me as if I were wasting her time. I never even asked for reimbursement on the money I spent on a defective product and feel I was greeted with rudeness and zero compassion. We have always enjoyed purchasing Carter’s items but based on the poor customer service I will no longer visit this location.

I love Carters. I shopped for my 22 month old Grandsons summer clothes. They have great sales!! Also Oshkosh is a part of the store. Found him clothes there also.
