My husband and I went to lowes and we had to ask someone else to help us in appliances, we had to wait a few minutes, so we decided to get a new appliance for our kitchen and was going to fiance it for 12 months but they had my husband call a number they wanted my husband to send a 10 second video of himself with his ID. I think not. So we decided to just buy it. The person who helped us said they are offering free de okay they said Tuesday between 8am and 7pm ok then we get a phone call couldnt understand anything the caller said so i told husband we called the store and they said the delivery is going tobe Tuesday 3pm til 730pm and still no phone calls nothing i will not order anything again from lowes

I am a loyal Lowe's customer, or used to be rather. I recently found out they have discontinued their Military Discount on major appliances and such. Due to this... they lost out on my business and me purchasing a brand new Samsung washer and dryer set model set WA557700A* / DVE55A7700*. It's never been about price with me, but about the principle as I choose Lowe's over Menard's time and time again. I also choose Lowe's over Home Depot for their availability on major appliances and such, but its never been about price... its always been about the principle. I will make sure I tell all the Veterans I know that we are not valued by Lowe's or Home Depot anymore and to shop local. I don't know what good it will do, but they won't see my business.

We made an order over a week ago. It was to be delivered the next day. I scheduled contractors. The contractors arrived but the order didn't. Debra called and left a message to call her back. We called and spoke to someone else. They said they could have my order here Monday. I said ok. The contractors returned Monday and began work. The order never arrived. I called Lowe's back. The lady said maybe they were stuck in traffic. They still never arrived. I called back. She said to call this morning and speak with Debra. So this morning we called and spoke with Debra. She said that when I called back they should have told us that some of the items we ordered won't be in until October. At this point I have paid the contractors $800 and still don't have what I need to finish the job. So I explained this to Debra. She said she was sorry and would be sure that it would be a "teaching" point in the future for them. So I asked to speak to a manager. I spoke with Regina the manager. She offered to give me a $100 off of the door we had ordered. I would have to make the 3 hour round trip in my car to get it at that price. Of course it won't fit in my car, that's why we ordered it to be delivered. She refused to ship it to me at their cost. This was the only offer made to us after we have had to pay contractors $800. I feel their customer service is seriously lacking.

My husband and I are remodeling flooring in our home. Lowe's had a large selection and unlike most home improvement stores it was in stalk. We will be back.

bought a 100 ft Kobalt tape measure from lowes used it maybe 10 times. Twice it has gotten hot and melted the plastic to its self. Resulting in you not being able to turn it any longer.

My mom picked out a new dryer without complicated operation. Just 3 buttons. She can't wait to get it set up by my husband and our grandson.They will pick it up and bring it to my mom's house. Price was just right.

We love Lowes. The prices are a good value and the selection is great. I especially like the very courteous employees. I made the mistake of purchasing some products at a competitor (HD)store and what a mistake! I’ll be returning all those from (HD) tomorrow and coming back to Lowes for purchase. It’s Lowes for me for any and all future purchases of this type store. Thanks for such great customer service and great employees!
