Got a few items for our new apartment. They had a great deal on washers and dryers. The staff was super friendly and was able to get our appliances delivered and I stalled quickly. I also purchased a dehumidifier and it's fantastic.

Went for an airplant as a Christmas present and they had a great selection of houseplants, beautiful raven zzs! However they had quite a few plants on clearance but as so often they do, they fail to knock them down enough. I was hoping to have 2 new additions but couldn't justify the price vs the quality

Just a fast note . Everyone knows Lowes has building materials and blah blah blah. But went today tryin somethin to repair a chest of drawers and whoa!!! Lowe's has several different hardware's to replace for furniture!!! Co thank you Lowes!!

I’ve been waiting on an oven to be delivered for a month. The delivery driver keeps lying and saying he’s coming to my house, and I’m not home. He also damaged it, so when someone else finally came, they had to reorder it. Do not order anything for delivery from this lowes, you will not get it anytime soon. Go to Home Depot, or somewhere with decent people working for them.

New washer/dryer scam!!! When you get a washer/dryer at Lowes they will tell you the third party delivery won’t hook them up without you buying all new hoses & dryer vent so I fell for the scam. When delivered they refused to hook up saying they didn’t know which line was hot & which was cold & therefore wouldn’t hook up. When I pointed out which was which they still refused & would not hook dryer vent hose either. Never buying a large appliance from them ever again. Skip the scam & pick it up yourself.

Ahhh Lowes. I Love this place. They are always so well stocked. It's easy to get help here. The employees are always friendly and that's a plus. And there are tools! What more can a girl ask for?

I was at Lowes in Kanawha City, Charleston West Virginia. I was looking for Lumber to build a deck. They didn’t have the lumber I needed on the lower shelf as everything I needed was bundled on the upper shelves. I ask an Associate to help me and she just ignored me and went on back to checking out customers. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN LOWES AGAIN! I went to Home Depot and the not only waited on me but helped me figure up what I needed!
