The lady who was preparing our taxes was so slow. Our appointment was at 8pm, we arrived early around 7:45pm and were asked to wait while she filed some papers. We started at 8:05 pm., It is 9:35pm now and we are still waiting for her to finish. It's going to be well over 2 hours for this. She had no clue as to what she was doing. And couldn't type a full word without looking at the keyboard and then the paper and then the screen at least 2-3 times. Horrible horrible.

The woman who helped me was kind and patient, only waited seconds before they called my name, got back more than I expected on my taxes, offered me a few new things which I'm excited to try for next year, I was a little stressed about my son's specialist apt the next day but she stayed positive and reassuring and I have no problem coming back next year and gladly recommend!
