I spent close to $170 on their high tier Emerald line of paint for a bathroom and bedroom. We wanted to do an accent wall in the bathroom, and followed the “one quart per wall” suggestion. After 2 coats the light beige under the darker accent color is still obviously showing. So it would take at least 3 coats to cover a much lighter paint with the new darker color. It clearly needed to be primed, but we were not recommended to prime the wall ahead of time. I gave the review 3 stars because the staff was kind and helpful, and the paint is a nice color, but the quality is not nearly worth the price you pay, at least not the Emerald line. Stick to Behr or Benjamin Moore.

Color didn't match. Get samples first if you can. This was my first house exterior paint project so I accept some blame. It looked good in the shade but when the sun hit it the color was way too bright. Already had half the house painted before it was noticed.
