I came here after the teays valley store told me that they could not activate my brand new Pixel 6 pro even knowing I bought it from them, was told it would take 30 days to activate which makes absolutely 0 sense they didn't even put a sim in my phone. Came here. Hassle-free. They had me out the door in under 15 minutes, very friendly and helpful. Without buying anything they gave me a free TMobile lunch bag for a promotion they are running this week. Talk to Jacob or Austin I believe his name was and get the service you want. Only coming here for now on.

Horrible sprint. I’m thinking about switching. Manager is very rude and not helpful at all. Surprised this place hasn’t closed down yet. They don’t get any business.

Great experience! Had no intentions of switching service until I was in the store for a different reason. They made it easy. I added two additional lines to my existing ten lines and it was still cheaper than what I was paying at my previous provider!
