I havent rented anything from Rent a center for almost 3 yrs now and when I did it was 2 TVs and a cell phone . Well I wasnt able to make the payments on the items so I returned them all and now almost 3 yrs down the road I and in need of a bed to sleep on and I am being told that the TVs and cell phone was never returned and that I cant rent any more This is very very upsetting to me cause I dont have the tvs or phone and I Remember loading them into my car and taking them back so someone there most of done something wrong on thier part and it will be fixed cause I will not have my name in the system as something bad

I have been in sales for the last 10 years, and in that time I learned how to give quality service and I have grown to fully expect nothing less. Chris, Joseph and the whole crew not only meet my expectations, but far exceed them. I have worked with Rent A Center at other locations over the years and have been treated well by all of them, but the Hurricane branch is my favorite location. It is always nice to be greeted on a first name basis with a smile and then follow it up with a solution to ensure I get exactly what I want and need in a timely and professional matter. 5 stars more if I could. Thank you all for helping to make my life convenient and my tv a whole lot bigger.

They suck to be frank. I mean yea it's convenient to walk into a place a make weekly payments for furniture that seems nice. Well first of all they were extremely nice and very helpful while we were in the store. Our roommate explained she'd be working during the delivery but I'd be there and had her permission to sign for everything. The manager okayd it and we went home. The next day they come to deliver the furniture and gave us a hell of time getting the furniture because the roommate wasn't here to sign herself. Got that all dealt with, they brought the couch and love seat in sit them down.... And they aren't even the right set we paid for!!!! Called the manager he said they were out of the linebacker editions so sent us the closest thing to it. First off couches that recline and ones that don't are NOTHING a like. Period. Whatever he agreed to send the correct set when new ones came in. They sent them to us about 4 days later had me sign that everything came fine before they even took it off the truck. Scuffed it up, ripped the middle console on the loveseat. Just a total flipping mess. And my old man had to load the old furniture up cuz one of the workers got hurt and they still wanted to over charge us!!!!
