Ítem ordered on line took forever for them to recieve it. Now still refusing to set up dillevery even though it has arrived at there store. I'm now browsing online at different stores. Can't deal with lazy. How hard is it to schedule dillevery!!

If I could give no stars I would. My husband And I have been with Aaron since 2015 And I've had never had so many problems with any other store other than this one.After we moved here to West Virginia we needed to get a new washer and dryer and we went through this store and now the washer needs to be repaired we called October 26th and 28th and never received a phone call back to have a appointment set up for pick up so I have bought a new washer and dryer and they can come get theirs

I started a rental agreement in February 2020, I went in their knowing what I wanted. Called before hand to see if they had the specific laptop I wanted, the lady who I spoke to said yes, I asked would it be the full 80$ That was the monthly payment and she told me about the 5$ gets you started plus taxes. I went to the store, they did not have the one I wanted, so they showed me another one. I asked if they had anymore they said no. So I was like okay I will do this laptop. Almost 40$ more monthly, and the guy was like it’s full payment. but was in a situation that I needed it that day. Fast forward to last month, first time I honestly forgot to pay, mainly because of stuff I was dealing with my health. They never called me or left a voicemail. Instead they decided to reach me by social media when they wasn’t even open. They are very unprofessional and I’m so glad my rental agreement is almost over. I highly recommend rent a center over this place.

I used to think very highly of this store and its employees but know they have a few who work there that are rood they talk down to u I havent had phone service for 3 days and it's still coming and going so today logan calls I dont like dealing with him he belittled me in the beginning and hes very rood at the first of this month we used my husband debit card to pay our bill logan said it was declined its social security so we know the money was there so we call the card it says the money was taken off by Aaron's so we had to get a new card and we still dont know where 256.00 went so I told them I will pay the 23rd I always pay the month he now wants my debit card number ( not gonna happen) and 2 months payment so I ask to speak to larry he calms me down and explains everything that I will be getting a call everyday until the payment is made I cant afford 2 months payment so I guess logan will be calling everyday after I pay these things off i wont be back and i have been a customer since the store opened dont get me wrong larry and Darien are wonderful people I really like them . I know u are a company and need to make money but with everything that is going on right now u could work a little better with regular customers when they are in a bind.

Will never rent from them again was lied to.Had me pay up front told me my product would be delivered in a week.It took a month of run arounds to find the laptop that somehow got lost in the warehouse.By the time I got it another payment was due resulting in me almost paying double the price to lease for a month.I made the agent aware it would be a temporary lease and only needed it for a month.He advised that is fine that they would send someone to get it.No one has come to get it and my family member calls me advising me that they have been threatening her all day.Ill be dropping it off in the morning.

This is a great location! The entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in ensuring the right range of products to fit ones needs and budget. I really like the ability to manage all of my lease agreements online and submit payments as well. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this location. I have leased and paid for a gas stove, washer and dryer combo, and will be paying off my living room furniture shortly. The accounts manager is great to work with if you need an extension or payment over the phone. Highly recommend this place for lease to own. Big selection of merchandise and if they don't have it they will get it for you.

Talked one of my clients into sending their washer and dryer back to this store once they realized what their contracted $1,000 washer and dryer were worth everywhere else. This location sold them old, used equipment with a payoff of $500 each. I found the same makes and models of the washer and dryer they had. They were so old, they were only worth $150 each in brand new condition through lowes. Avoid places like this. They'll take advantage of you always. They prey on the poor.
