I would like to give them a 4 star just because they are always good at talking me out of more money then I plan on spending. They are nice & it's a clean store. They are just to good at their job. I have liked the stuff I've bought their in the past. It isn't cheap but I do feel like I get quality & value. I also feel like they are people people. A+ service. I wish I was better at remembering names but the guy that sold me a bed was great. He took me around & explained the beds. I think by the end he knew better about what I would like then I did. He was very patient. Great to work with. Even tho he up sold me I didn't feel pushed.

I was immediately greeted by a friendly associate with great customer service. She pointed me in the right direction where i was greeting by yet another friendly associate! He was very knowledgeable on the products and helped me find the perfect product that fit my personality, family, budget, and needs! The customer service and variety of options that i was given made my whole experience fast and super easy! I will definitely come back and will highly recommend!

Everything we wanted was in stock with a delivery to our house within one week. We took advantage of sale pricing on all items. Our salesperson, Amanda, was very courteous, patient, and extremely helpful. We normally buy furniture and appliances at Big Sandy and will continue to do so. Much better service overall than other larger retailers.

My mother and I both made a purchase! Because…. Laura was an exceptional, most helpful, salesperson! She was never pushy, tried so hard to find me exactly what I wanted which was a grey, real leather, sectional with recliners…. I had to give on the leather but Laura’s service made us come back to buy from Big Sandy! You have an exceptional employee! I would come back again and again for her assistance, she was one of the most pleasant humans.

Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was extremely helpful in finding our oven at a time when appliances are in very short supply. The oven will be perfect for our kitchen and provides many new conveniences that will make baking more fun!

Kim with Big Sandy at the Hurricane store has been wonderful to work with! She’s been genuine and so helpful in assisting us with our purchases for our new home. We’ve purchased a complete living room set, end table, and home decor decorations. We live in Charleston, but continue to travel to the Hurricane store to work specifically with Kim. Her customer service is great and her follow up is wonderful as well. We’ve been incredibly pleased working with her!
