Best appliance store in Hurricane, West Virginia (WV) 2024

I have been in sales for the last 10 years, and in that time I learned how to give quality service and I have grown to fully expect nothing less. Chris, Joseph and the whole crew not only meet my expectations, but far exceed them. I have worked with Rent A Center at other locations over the years and have been treated well by all of them, but the Hurricane branch is my favorite location. It is always nice to be greeted on a first name basis with a smile and then follow it up with a solution to ensure I get exactly what I want and need in a timely and professional matter. 5 stars more if I could. Thank you all for helping to make my life convenient and my tv a whole lot bigger. ~Samuel

Kim with Big Sandy at the Hurricane store has been wonderful to work with! She’s been genuine and so helpful in assisting us with our purchases for our new home. We’ve purchased a complete living room set, end table, and home decor decorations. We live in Charleston, but continue to travel to the Hurricane store to work specifically with Kim. Her customer service is great and her follow up is wonderful as well. We’ve been incredibly pleased working with her! ~Melanie
