Best hardware store in Barboursville, West Virginia (WV) 2024

We made an order over a week ago. It was to be delivered the next day. I scheduled contractors. The contractors arrived but the order didn't. Debra called and left a message to call her back. We called and spoke to someone else. They said they could have my order here Monday. I said ok. The contractors returned Monday and began work. The order never arrived. I called Lowe's back. The lady said maybe they were stuck in traffic. They still never arrived. I called back. She said to call this morning and speak with Debra. So this morning we called and spoke with Debra. She said that when I called back they should have told us that some of the items we ordered won't be in until October. At this point I have paid the contractors $800 and still don't have what I need to finish the job. So I explained this to Debra. She said she was sorry and would be sure that it would be a "teaching" point in the future for them. So I asked to speak to a manager. I spoke with Regina the manager. She offered to give me a $100 off of the door we had ordered. I would have to make the 3 hour round trip in my car to get it at that price. Of course it won't fit in my car, that's why we ordered it to be delivered. She refused to ship it to me at their cost. This was the only offer made to us after we have had to pay contractors $800. I feel their customer service is seriously lacking. ~Becky

Bought my mom the most beautiful unique flowers for Mother's Day I've ever seen. She loves them! And they are perennials so they come back every year. Very surprised at how inexpensive they were. ~Jessica

Very wide range of products. Prices are excellent, and despite the nature of the store being products that would theoretically be considered "rejects", it's very uncommon for any individual item to actually be lower quality than "normal" versions available at other stores. Most of the time, products are just overstocked items with no flaws, and most of the rest just have damaged packaging. 30-day returns with receipt, despite the nature of the store. One of the absolute best places to purchase shirts, pants, and coats. ~Clinton
