This place discriminated against me when I'm hearing a paired and the math was being worn and the gal told me I had to leave because I couldn't hear her or understand her under the mask that was mandatory the time. How dare your company do these two people who have disability who cannot understand you under the mask. The lady was very rude very unprofessional and discrimination! Watch watch out!

As an ex metro pcs customer, I must say I had the worst uncounted with this one lady. I have been a customer since 2016. I love this store and the people who worked there.. but now I was meet with contempt and real hostility. I was truspased from the building on May 4th 2022 between4-5:30 and had no real reason for it. I was current in my bill and needed a new phone, the funny thing is as I was leaving she waved good bye both to me and at the minimum $250.00 but also a loyal customer. I feel like the customer service has become a joke. This employee hides behind arrogance and passive aggressive behavior you would expect from a homedepot parking lot day hire. You could find better employees at the homeless shelter.

Great service! Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but she was absolutely amazing! Friendly, polite, informative, professional, & quick-YET NOT rushed. There were 2 other gentlemen ahead of me, (so, not too busy.) I came in to pay our bill, cause I was having trouble getting it over the phone. But, she was able to pull up our account, accept payment, let me know that I could change the payment due date for just $5 more, & gave me a receipt. Then, when I finished, 2-3 customers were waiting in line, yet she took the time out to hold open the door for me, as I'm in a wheelchair. If she can do little things like this for me, I'm sure she'll make your experience pleasurable as well!

Yasmin is a great employee, has lots of patience with Special Needs Individuals. My son came onto the store to buy a new cell phone. She made the process easy for my son. Great job Yasmin.

I went about a month ago, I believe it was junior that helped me. He picked it 2 phones for me, One for myself and one for my daughter. He was very informative and helpful. Within the first week my daughter was having issues, we went back in and got help from a female worker, I unfortunately didn't catch her name but she helped my daughter figure out her notifications settings, which was one of the issues and the other issue was not being able to send a text on the mobile data, I'm assuming it's just because of where we live as it worked while in store. Overall good customer service.

Customer service with suzanna was amazing. Were greeted promptly. And advised it would be few minutes. Sold us on sale products and offered us phone # and apps to better our customer experience.

I highly recommend this store for your phone needs. Sam was closing when I called. I explained our desperate need for a sim card for a replacement phone that the Apple store set up incorrectly earlier this afternoon. We had driven to every Metro PCS stores and either they were closed early or the were sold out of sim cards. My granddaughter 's phone wouldn't allow the set up without the correct sim card. He went out of his way and stayed open for us!!! Thank you so much for caring that she got her phone up and running properly. Feeling very Blessed..Thanks Sam 🙂

Been in a few times to pay my bill and Yazmin is the only person there with any personality. Her customer service is beyond superb, she actually seems interested and has some of the best customer service i've ever experienced.
