So I just got the iPhone se there after I asked what the phone deals are and he told me that was they're only deal and then I saw the iphone 11 for $50 I told him I wanted that phone and he told me that they don't have it and there was no way to get one so why advertise it?? And in the middle of helping me pay for a phone that I didn't want and said I can't return he gets on the phone and stops setting up the phone so I was stuck waiting it took over 45 minutes and and still here waiting for my phone this is the worst place I could've gone through don't make my mistakes don't came here I can't wait to be able to go to a different company I'm just going to chalk up the cost of the phone because I want him to be able to unlock it yet he was just rude his whole demeanor was rude he was unhelpful it was just a terrible experience his name was Rafael C if anyone is curious which employee

The one star I'm giving is for some of the people who work at Boost. Daisy was supercool when I needed wifi. But the offer they worked w/ Xfinity was misleading and now I'm just w/ Xfinity. I tried so hard to only go w/ Boost because I'm no fan of Comcast. But... The only reason I even know anything about Boost is they bought out Virgin so they got me as a customer by default. For 10+ years I had Virgin and was very happy w/ every aspect of their service. Now though, it's just been one shady thing after another with BOOST. Since they are switching to 4/5G I'm being required to buy a new phone if I want to stay w/ them plus pay $15/mo MORE. And they only offer the plan I currently have to NEW customers and even though they got me by default they won't let me keep my same plan. This company is lucky to have whoever hires staff because THEY are pretty cool. BUT THE COMPANY ITSELF LACKS INTEGRITY. I predict they won't be around long.

I've had boost mobile since 2018 and the actual service is okay. However, the store here in Bellingham is hit or miss. I've been in there several times and you never know what you are going to get with the employees. They may or may not have any idea what they are doing. They may or may not be high. They may ignore you until you make your presence known loudly enough to make them get off the internet. The music may or may not be so loud you can't hear your own thoughts. And they may lock the door, leave the open sign on with the posted hours, then walk up and turn the open sign off right in front of you when they see you waiting on the sidewalk. At 12:30 in the afternoon. So if you know exactly what you want without needing any assistance regarding specs, then sure, it's an okay store. They can ring you up. Maybe. It might take 30-45 minutes though. We wound up going to best buy to buy a phone after getting the open sign turned off in front of us with no explanation. And I really don't like best buy. But they were much more helpful and said they often get customers from that store that say the boost employees sent them over.

Friendly service with lots of help setting up new services, making the transition from another carrier easy. Phone was ready to use immediately, easy to set up auto-pay with affordable plans. Would def use Boost with my next phone.

Talk about hidden fees! I already was a boost customer my husband I just needed a new phones. Two $79 phones somehow cost $370. With nothing said before programing phones. When I heard the total I didn't want to make the purchase. Was told I would have to pay restocking fee for a purchase I didn't return because I had not bought it yet! How do you become liable for the restocking of a product that never left behind the counter as for store? Or been purchased.. I expected the bill to be upto $250. Not over $350!

I just switched from At&T with Andrea, and I am just paying $100 for 4 lines unlimited. that's it. Awesome staff!! Really nice looking store! Best thing is a DEAL!!

Found out about this place recently and it is a small store but they do have a selection of phones to buy. I have been with Boost for 3 years now and I haven't really gotten any good perks for my "loyalty."
