Should be a corner of a star!! Horrible new customer gave me a router that was failed and sent me home anyway to have to go thru hassle of trying to find another store. Verizon sucks I was switching to them from optimum for better service and this is how they treat a new customer!! Bad business

The customer service is getting worse at the time by times that I stop by the store. We went yesterday to try to have an upgrade my account and phone. Usually there is an Spanish speaker customer representative nice, polite and please to help, but in my last experience when I ask for someone that speaks Spanish, a guy pointed the worker that speaks Spanish and he came like " oh no, I have to speak Spanish " and everything that I ask he answers with an attitude, specially when I ask about offers that I saw on the tv commercials. Plus the system went down and took a long. So we decided to leave the store. Personally I miss Berto, he was a really good customer service representative. I'll try another store. I am apologize for my English isn't my first language but I did try to write the review. Also I have been trying to call the store but never answered

The store staff is absolutely phenomenal. Erwin was especially patient in helping me while I was waiting for a replacement phone under warranty (Verizon did not "ship the replacement overnight" like they had promised until a week and a half after I placed the order). The staff did not mind my beloved yet crazy children running around the store for 3 hours while I figured out what was going on with the replacement (I eventually just bought another phone--being without a phone was not how I wanted to spend my 1-week vacation). I'm going to be using this store from now on for all my Verizon needs.

Just call the Verizon number, it's useless to go in person these days. Everything you can do online so saves time and issues are also resolved online.

It was fairly crowded when I entered and one employee suggested I sit. I believe the manager, walked over and attended my cellphone problems. He was thoughtful, asked relevant questions and as he worked he explained his plan, the corrections and "left no stone unturned." As he finished, he noted my data usage plan and suggested an upgrade that would not increase my monthly payments. Couldn't have a better experience.

Terrible customer service. The gentleman “helping us” couldn’t have been bothered more by our visit and did the absolute bare minimum to sell us a phone. Upgraded our plan without telling us, just charged my card for “taxes”. Only to find out on our receipt he upgraded the plan and didn’t tell us. Handed me the phone box and said, have a nice day. When we asked for help transferring the data from the old phone to the new one said not without us scheduling an appointment even thought the store was virtually empty and there were 4 other employees standing around talking to each other. Absolutely horrible service. The receipt says his name is “Devan”.

Waited 40 minutes to be told the phone I wanted wasn't in stock. They couldn't get the one I wanted for over a month. Dude tried to upsell my plan by more than $100 a month and the icing on the cake the sales guy tried telling me it was my fault my phone's battery was bad for charging it overnight. Ignoring the fact it's a 4 year old phone that had a known issue of overheating and frying batteries.

This is the worst Verizon Store I've ever been in! Representative was seemed as thou we wete a bither to him! Phone not working, a told us ww have to contact insurance carrier, if we had it....told us he'd give us a brochure! Never will I go back there again! Not helpful at all.

I signed up with Verizon prepaid wireless phone service at another Verizon store. When the phone was damaged I went back to replace it. The store refused to help me; they said I would need to switch to a more expensive plan and buy a more expensive phone. Another Verizon store told me the same thing. I went to Rockaway Mall to the T Mobile store to switch since Verizon was not working out. Before going in to T Mobile I noticed a Verizon store on the same strip. I went in just to see if they would help me and that is exactly what they did. They explained how I could buy an unlocked phone and keep my current plan; they offered to connect any Verizon compatible phone. I bought the phone, came back, and a rep named Larry, aka "The Man," transfered my sim card, my apps, and all other data to the new phone, and I was set. I will be coming back to this store from now on so that Larry, "The Man," and his equally helpful and outstanding colleagues can help me with all my wireless needs. This is a great store with respectful, professional, and honest staff who really go the extra mile for their customers; I highly recommend it.

Went for screen protectors for both my phone and wife's phone. My screen protector the guy put on came out and said I messed up on the top but it's still good is this good for you. To which I replied no and he looked like he was bothered while redoing mine my wife looked at hers and saw a hair underneath since they didn't clean it good. We paid 40 for each so we expect them to be on good and cleaned. When she brought it to his attention he talked to his manager which then told us that we would have to come back for a replacement since they don't have any others. Meanwhile they replaced mine with a more expensive one. Never once was it offered to pay difference or anything.they all seemed put off that we were asking to fix their mistakes which now I have to drive again to another corporate store to have it fixed again. Extremely unhappy with the service at this store
