I've never had any issues finding whatever I needed from this location. My opinion is that they are overpriced, but that's just how these items seem to be in general. They have a great variety of items age appropriate for a bunch of ages. There's ample parking outside available. You can score some decent sales here. I've found the store to be kept pretty clean and organized. There's also a private room for any feeding mommas to feed their babies and take a little break

Stopped in during the weekend to undertake starting a registry. All of the staff was very friendly and attentive. We were assigned to Rob as our product consultant. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the wealth of knowledge Rob provided us about car seats. Preparing for our first child down the line, it's great to have someone as thorough and well-versed as Rob to help us avoid being overwhelmed with the sheer amount of information and product choices. My wife and I are very happy we stopped in and had the chance to work with Rob.

We ordered a dresser online from BuyBuyBaby and there was a broken drawer. My MIL and I visited the Rockaway store to see if there was anything that could be done about it. V let us know that we had a couple options. We could attempt to take out the drawer and V would order us a replacement slide, or if we couldn't get the drawer out, she actually had the exact dresser we ordered, brand new in the box in the back. Not only was she able to replace the dresser due to the stuck drawer, but she was able to schedule a round-trip delivery so that a local delivery team would go to the store, pick up the new dresser, come to us and swap it out and bring the damaged one to the store to be handled there. She was amazing! She also heard my MIL and I talking about needing to pick-up a crib mattress while we were there for the dresser and she helped us pick one out that would be the right firmness for the baby as well as brought it up front for us to checkout when we were ready so that we didn't have to carry it ourselves as I am 7 months pregnant. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you V!

Upon checking out I expressed an issue I was having in regards to receiving duplicate coupons and she went above and beyond to check my emails and obtained all coupons that were valid for my purchase.was also genuinely nice throughout my entire shopping experience.

When you have a mild mannered worker scared out her wits around you, as a manager, you are wrong. I see your cruelty, Ann, and I’m not impressed. Come to this store if you’re okay with indirectly supporting abusive management.

Had the best experience shopping there yesterday. I am 9 months pregnant and having trouble getting around. “V” took my list and went around shopping for me and was very accommodating. She used all the coupons I had and made sure I got the beat deals. So pleased with their customer service!

Went through a very complicated process. I drove 1.5 hours away from home to pick up a glider and ottoman, which they had in stock. Immediately got me the product and made it easy taking it home. Recently lost the receipt. I spoke to Mrs. Sandra, who spent 1-2 days finding it in the system and emailed it to me for the Guardian Protection Plan. She's a life saver and I recommend this BuyBuyBaby for the Customer service they provided.

Cheap maternity clothes compared to kohl's and other places I have been too for my fiancé. Also has a lot of selection for everything from infant to toddler. The staff here is very polite and helpful. They will help you set up a registry and keep track of it when you purchase item off of it.

I had an excellent customer service experience with Melissa V. yesterday! Our second baby monitor recently broke after only 6 months of having it. After spending the past few days on the hunt for a new monitor, I went to 4 different stores and bought and returned two other monitors. Frustrated with my previous purchases and the customer service I drove up to Rockaway to see if they had a wider selection to choose from. Melissa was very quick to assist me, she listened to what I was looking for and what I have already had. She provided me with her honest opinion on the various brands and models that her store provided as well as pointed out the new line that they were now carrying in the store. I ultimately decided to go with the brand that they are new to carrying in the store. Melissa was honest in telling me that because it was new to the store she was unable to provide me with customer feedback, again I very much appreciated her honesty. So far so good with the monitor, and I am very happy that I made the trip up to Rockaway for my purchase.
