This was my first time going into Bob's Discount Store the experience was five star especially are conductor that navigated us around the store. Was not looking and buying anything but it found a great discount and was able to purchase it and have it delivered with the white treatment. Thank you to all the staff and specially the person that helped us with our experience he set the stage

Great selection. I got two beautiful dresser/chest pieces from the outlet for a fantastic price. Scratches were minimal and matching pieces are still available in the set if I want to purchase later. Jamar was super helpful!

My first time shopping at Bob's this evening. Great selection of furniture, excellent prices, Angelo the Sales Associate who helped me was great. He was patient and helpful while I looked at several different sectionals trying to make a decision, and the Store Manager was so nice I really enjoyed my shopping experience and I'm super excited about my furniture delivery coming up! UPDATE: I was SO impressed with the delivery service and setup. I was kept regularly up to date with a map of the truck and where it was along the delivery route so I knew exactly how soon it would be here and could be ready. I could check the map myself at any time. The driver called 20 minutes ahead. They did a great job on setup, and getting the items past my piano and other furniture with no scratching etc. The furniture looks even more beautiful than in the showroom and to my happy surprise both items (Cottage Chic Chaise and L Sectional) came with tons of beautiful throw pillows)

I called last minute looking for just a box spring for a twin mattress that I needed asap. Everywhere else I called had a 2-3 day delivery estimate and I just wanted to grab and go. Bob’s was able to provide me with exactly what I needed. I worked with Richard, one of the sales associates, and he was so polite and helpful. He made my last minute purchase quick and seamless! What makes this furniture place a great atmosphere to shop in is its welcoming and patient employees.
