From the moment we walked in the door, back in April, Ashley greeted us with a smile! She was so helpful even thought we weren’t quite ready to buy(we were waiting to settle on our house) and just wanted to see what was out there. We knew for sure we’d be back. When we returned in hopes Ashley would be there, she was off :(. We were then greeted by a new smile. Lin was just as helpful and pleasant as Ashley! From start to finish she made our furniture buying experience seamless. She let us browse without a bother and was on cue when we made our decision. My partner and I are very pleased and satisfied with our new living room set and the process it took to get them. Would definitely go back!!

From the moment I walked into Bobs in Deptford, I was greeted by Ryan the manager, who was super nice and informative. Then I had the pleasure to work with Dan, the salesman, who was just as nice and helped us to narrow our choice of living room down so we picked the one we really liked in gray. He also knew so much about the financing options and made it all so fast and easy. Their attitude made the buying experience that much smoother and enjoyable. We had gone to Ashley's before that and their prices for the same furniture was higher and the sales people there acted like they really didn't want to be there. So glad we came to Bobs!

My mother and I had a phenomenal experience at Bob's due to Max! We walked in to window shop and we ended up furnishing the whole house from Bob's. It wouldn't have been possible without Max and that's for sure. He was informative, professional, patient, honest, and not just a salesman for the sales. He will give you his honest opinion and ensure you leave with satisfaction even if he doesn't get a sale. I would recommend him to anyone who values their best interest to be respected because he will ensure you are a happy customer. I wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors because he will go far on the tracks he's rolling on.

Mark at Bob’s discount furniture in Deptford was extremely helpful and thoroughly knowledgeable on everything! The whole process was exactly how he explained from beginning to end and was so helpful throughout the process and continued to care even after. Delivery was awesome as well, very accurate on time, careful yet fast getting everything in the house and even very friendly. Five stars for Mark Samson, the furniture, and the Delivery gentleman. Will order again for sure.

A stress free experience. We first spoke with Ashley a few weeks ago who unfortunately was not there when when we went in last night. We dealt with Lin instead. Both were very nice and helpful without hovering. I have worked in sales for 15 years so I am exceptional critical of sales people in general. This was not the case. I never felt pressured about anything and truly felt like they both cared that we were happy about our choices. Lin made is super easy to get financing options and explained everything from monthly payments, to delivery, to future purchases. She set it up so that we can get each piece as it becomes avail rather than one delivery of everything which could take longer. Since we are moving with no furniture this was comforting that we won't be sitting on the floor for weeks on end. She even assured us that Ashley would be on the order since we spoke with her first and it would only be fair. They even offer candy, cookies, ice cream, etc. A really great experience so far.

Lin Walters is an sales person. She is very knowledgeable and was completely prepared for me. She really put me at ease with my purchase and application for a Bob's credit card. She really made me feel at home. She was shadowed with new employee Max. She was very kind and generous with him and I feel as though he will also be an asset to the Bob's family. Mark did an excellent job helping us with our purchase and providing information about delivery options, warranties, etc without pressuring us. We were able to find what we were looking for and when we were ready for help, he was there. It was nice not feeling pressured or stalked the entire time. Overall the experience was positive and we’ll definitely consider Bob’s in the future for other furniture needs.

It was mine and my boyfriends first time buying a couch. Mark was super quick to greet us, & let us know where everything was. He was the perfect mix of attentive but also let us walk around by ourselves. He was really clear on all the info we were looking for and truly made our experience super fun! He has a great sense of humor and I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else to get furniture from now on.

Carolyn the sales lady was excellent with great customer service. She was not pushy and truly genuine on the sale when I selected a couch that i wanted. The couch was on hand available the next week all but 1 piece of the sectional. The last piece was offered to be delivered separate 2 months later however i still feel this is not that bad since covid has significantly delayed product availability. I also had a question in regards to Bob’s financing and the finance manager Ryan was able to quickly explain how it works and was knowledgeable in the financing respect and very friendly and professional as well. I would highly recommend this location and ask for Carolyn if you are interested in purchasing.

We worked with Robert at the Deptford location. He was AMAZING! He was thorough, proactive, he did a ton of research to make sure that we walked away with exactly what we wanted… And we did! We’re so excited to receive our living room set soon. Although we have a 2 yr old, we’re confident that our furniture will continue to look good considering all of the reassurances Bob’s 5yr warranty gives! Thanks so much!
