The biggest smiles the cleanest store and the best sales were in JCPenney's if you get a chance swing by I think everything's half off we already 10% off very reasonable or high quality clothing and shoes and everything Five star Shout out to the woman that worked in the jewelry department to explain every aspect to me Perfect thank you

Very sad, I drove one hour to get to the store because they closed the one near my home. It was a mess..every thing was all over the floor and know one was around to help me! Then you ask why they closed alot of the stores,, if they were like this one they should close. I don't know how long this store has been in depford nj, but it should also close... Never again!

The store is kind of messy. Not like it used to be. Its not horrible but not as nice. Can't find sales people or dressing rooms. Tried on pants behind a display because the dressing room was closed.

I went just to return boots that I bought online but also ended up buying 2 more pairs. I didn't realize that there's a special desk upstairs just for online stuff & waited downstairs in line for 15 minutes to be told, go upstairs. He was super nice up there & very quick with my returns, also there was no line. The shoe department was a mess! Someone had pulled out every box of a particular style & left then scattered all over the aisle. A worker came out while I was there doing other stuff but didn't address the mess. There's not many registers open so I had to wait in line again for over 15 minutes to purchase.

I used to love coming here, but today I was Absolutely disgusted and shocked. The place looked like It was ransacked. It’s as if It was abandoned or a store that’s about to shut down. The entire store had clothes every where on the floor, Shelves were empty, items in random spots, ceilings leaking and Hard to find employees. I just Couldn’t believe It.

Jcpenney used to be one of my favorite stores. Some of their clothing is quite nice. I also like their bedding. They sometimes sell surprising items like this am/fm cassette player blast from the past. Are they making a come back. Kids these days wouldn't be satisfied with this because of its limitations
