Great superstore with thousands of great housewares. Regrettably, they don't seem to keep the high end items stocked in store, only online (down featherbed mattress toppers, for example). Still, most of what anyone could want.

My wife and I had a pleasant experience at this location. Everything we needed was well stocked. A little pricey, but the ongoing sales made it worth our money. Customer service also good. Employee "Alex" was extremely polite and helpful with good recommendations for our new bathroom!

Terrible customer service. I purchased a Keurig, realizing it was not the one on sale (black vs stainless) i immediately returned back to the store. The customer service person couldn't help me. Another person came and explained it was the stainless on sale. I said no problem I'll take the stainless. She said they had none in the store, I asked if she could order it and she said no. I said no problem I'll order it on line right here, can you honor the coupon I just used, she said no. The manager came over and told me I would have to buy it and then bring it back for an adjustment. I told him that was a huge inconvenience for me. Since they could not help I returned the item. Would of liked to have given my business to struggling #BedBathandBeyond but with lousy customer service I was given no option but to buy from Amazon

This is a clean and organized store. I love the 20% off coupons that seem to work on everything and don't expire. I purchased a Kraco car seat and got a good price by using the coupon

From my experience, no employees are around. When we found someone for help, they said they'd be over shortly. 20 minutes later, no one came. We left. At least now we know what we want and can just get it off Amazon instead. Also: coffee stains on the pillows, they were all over the place and in the wrong spots, unstocked, etc. When we were leaving and told the lady no one came she was like "oh sorry" in the ~i just wanna go home~ tone. Like i get it but its customer service to at least be nice. Quite an annoying experience.

I went to the Bridgewater store to return something and to also shop. I had to wait for at least 15 minutes for someone to help me They only had one worker up front she was taking care of helping people on the Self service registers. Two Men that worked in the store had to come up front to sign something but never paid attention to me. I use to work in Retail years ago my boss told me no matter what you are doing stop if someone comes to the front for help With out customers you do not have a business. I felt very bad for the lady that was by herself she was doing all she could do. The store look beautiful and stocked well but very bad management. Hopefully when I go to the store that I usually shop at a North Plainfield will not be this way because I really do enjoy shopping in your store.
