THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I don't know what everyone else is talking about, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes!! I didn't wait at all! Granted there was no one there, but still, super fast! I had to bring in my 7 Year old for blood work. I was dreading it. I noticed that the front office staff was super nice and helpful, and they brought me back ASAP! The Phlebotomist, Katherine was very sweet and super nice to my kiddo. I'm totally amazed at how well Katherine was with my daughter. She treated her so well and with so much respect, regardless of her being a kid. My daughter asked her a question and Katherine answered her truthfully but reassured her that she would be ok. The fact that my kiddo didn't cry when Katherine drew her blood makes me confident to say that she's good at what she does!!! I can't thank her Enough!! Thank you so much Katherine! You rock!!!

The people who draw your blood are.excellant and very professional. The two women who work the front desk are not very helpful or nice to those whom need assistance.

Extremely Long wait time. Terrible customer service. Front desk is more preoccupied chitchatting than taking care of the patients. No update on wait times etc. Only one phlebotomist working?? Total wait time 2.:46 minutes. If I ever have to do another lab test for sure never use this office.

They had a maintenance issue in the building and cancelled my appointment. However they did not email or call me. When I showed up they said to go to LaPalma about 15 minutes away and did not apologize at all. This location is awful and the lady was rude. To top it off they cancelled my appointment via email an hour after the scheduled time, which if they had done in a timely manner would have saved me a ton of time and effort.

OMG, yes, the Asian lady at the front desk was rude. And the place was so busy with patients filling up the small enclosed area quickly. The website did indicate walk-in's were welcome with no waiting, but clearly not the case. I waited for an hour. Fortunately, the phlebotomist was very courteous & very efficient.

I went in early at opening hour because I'm pregnant and with Coronavirus the website claims to allow the first hour for people who are elderly, pregnant or high risk. When I signed in, the Asian clerk there told the male attendant that was letting people in "next time, it's seniors only". I'm 8 months pregnant. Why does the website says it's reserved for pregnant women and people who are high risk? Just change the website and put up a sign saying "seniors 65 and up only". There was a couple there too that were 60-not 65 and they weren't allowed in until they complained about what the website says. 😂 Go according to what the website says or change it. Put up a sign. Not so hard to do and next time don't be rude Asian lady.

I am so impressed with this Quest! I've been to other locations, as well as LabCorps, and this was by far my best experience! The front staff was extremely friendly, the waiting room was not packed, and my appointment was easily, quickly and efficiently taken care of. I'll only be coming to this location moving forward!

Last time I was there the tech spent so much time trying to find a vein that my whole arm turned blue. This time I checked in but there was no one at reception waited for half an hour finally the girl showed up and was the rudest person I have met in a long time she said "you'll just have to wait I have an appointment" she would not take my paperwork when I asked about it she said "that's your problem. I'll NEVER go back there.
