This place is great! I made an appointment easily online yesterday and was seen at 10am this morning. I arrived 15 minutes early per their request and was seen 5 minutes after my check in. The man at the front (he also drew my blood) was such a delight. He was friendly and made my whole experience very pleasant. I was in and out in 20 mins. I definitely recommend this location!

Have had my GENERAL Routine Blood work here before (May 2022) … but did not bring my laptop in … but - I DID HAVE SCHEDULE / get on the schedule 9:30am. - did get my check in scanner code - I fasted … no food … webpage say - no doctor referral is needed (just to get a general blood test!) - Man at desk say they can’t do general routine blood test - (like before in May 2022) … so he gave me 1-800-859-7xxx number - I called them - A Good Person said - You can do WALK-INS !!!! And wanted to schedule me next week starting at Monday @ 3:00pm … Another u.s. medical industrial complex - place - that is not patient friendly … if I could draw my own blood - I would !!!

The woman who works there is an absolute delight, but the man is incredibly rude. I have been getting my blood drawn biweekly for over a decade now. I know my veins. If a patient tells you they need a specific needle, and what singular vein you’ll be able to get an easy stick with, maybe listen to them instead of talking down to them like a child. If you don’t want to be at least moderately polite to patients I would suggest a different job.

Poorly run...seems like no one cares. Place is shabby and front entrance is dirty and windows too. It looks like they are not in business.

I experienced above-and-beyond compassionate and professional service from the staff here -- the gentleman Demetrius was juggling the influx of patients in a swift, orderly manner all while providing warmth and compassion to each person who walked in the door.

made my appointment and called ahead to make sure everything needed was met . when i got to labcorps they said my order was not in and that they would not call the Encinitas location because they were too busy . when i call the Encinitas location noone ever answers . I will never come to labcorps again and would not recommend .

I usually go to to the Labcorp at Saxony, which has always been great. First time at this location and it was not a pleasant experience. Staff was rude and unhelpful as soon as I walked in. Then they forgot a tube so they had to stick me on both arms and the second one hurt. I've never before run across such a careless phlebotomist. Go to the Saxony location, the staff there is so much better!

The techs were nice and there was a notice that they had recently changed their systems and might be slower than usual. They were slow, but it was prompt enough considering. I waited maybe 10-15 minutes after handing in my doctor lab sheet and filling out paper work before I was seen. There were a few other people in the office waiting for tests or results or other stuff. The staff seemed distracted by the new system and were asking each other questions, understandably so. The tech that finally took my blood was professional, kind, and funny. She had been working there for a long time and made me feel very comfortable. No bruises from blood work and easy in-and-out experience. One of my better lab work experiences for sure.
