I unfortunately have to do labs monthly. Usually I'm left with a big purple bruise. Today I had the best experience. Anna Maria was able to do a quick painless draw and 8 hours later no bruises. I'm lucky as she is normally in Salinas and today was covering for Cass St. Thanks Anna Maria!

I give this place a one star because of how rude the front desk lady is, she was not only rude to me but to everyone who walked in that door- NOBODY forces you to come to work if you are not happy find something else because this job isn't for a negative Nelly.

Alex was super friendly and nice. She was also great at drawing my blood- I didn’t even feel the needle! She’s awesome!

Turned away because they “don’t take walk-ins” and “no appointments available all day,” meanwhile not one person in the waiting room and she could have done a quick blood draw in time it took for us to have a conversation. The woman had a frosty attitude, and was unwilling to help out.
