Very unfortunate. I just waited 30 minutes and no movement anywhere. I went back to the desk to ask about timing etc. TWO hour wait I was told. Really ? I was not offered that information to begin with I let the young lady know that needs to be advised to patients. Don’t just tell them to have a seat. Not acceptable. I get it covid and staff storages. But Communicate !

I never have to wait long, the blood draw is quick and the nurses are well trained, so it's not nerve-wracking or full of trial-and-errors. Everyone is nice and treats you like a human being, the waiting room is warm, comfortable, and non-depressing unlike other labs. I always go here. Nowhere else.

I was kept waiting 3hrs for my 1hr glucose test for gestational diabetes. By the time I went up to the desk and said something it was too late to get an accurate blood test and I had to take time off work again on another day to do it all over again because the receptionist misplaced my paperwork. I was sitting in front of her the entire time waiting for her to acknowledge that I hadn’t been seen yet and her timer for me went off hours ago. She gave me the glucose drink hours before and saw me still sitting there and continued to socialize with her coworkers (talking about Instagram live videos, rolling her own cigarettes, getting the locks changed at her house, etc.) instead of taking initiative for her patients. I should’ve said something sooner but I wasn’t sure about the time frame needed for a glucose test and didn’t think it was my responsibility to remind her I needed to be seen. A lot of the staff apologized to me (but not the receptionist) and I even got a courtesy call about the incident which was nice. I understand everyone makes mistakes. I just hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. If you go in for a glucose test please set your own timer and be your own advocate to make sure your blood is drawn in a timely manner.

I have never had any problem,with this lab or clinic. Sometimes it is hard to get through on phone. Service has always been great from doctors,labs,pharmacy. Keep up good work

My son has some labs that needs to be done but first i need to pick up a kit per his doctor. I get out from my work at 3:30 and I drive the fast I can just to arrive at least 10 minutes before they close and I can't believe that they close 15 minutes early today is my second day and they can't do anything to at least give me the kit.I don't know why they change the time if a lot of people works it was much better before
