Bunch of jerks forcing you to suffocate with a face mask that the CDC admits doesn't do much for your health. Can't hear them with all that mumbling... but very insulting to my dad to close his account. He has a medical reason to not wear a mask, and they wouldn't respect it! Lawsuit!

I've been a member of Coasthills for over thirty years. And today I have had the worst experience ever. I have spent two hours going round and round. I talked to four people, but never actually getting to a loan officer. Very frustrating and very disappointing for thus old time customer

Worst bank ever! I keep only about $10,000 here and they block small purchases and have inconvenience me since day 1! Sesloc is not a good option either! Santa Maria really needs a new credit union!!!

Very poor customer service, phoned them during when they updated to a newer version of their app and online service, the wait time took almost an hour. when it finally came to my turn, it still went on through voice machine, and i had to wait again for another 10 to 20 minutes. And at last! a real person, then we had a short conversation, and then again, put me on hold for another 5 to 10 minutes or so. They should beta test any updates that they wanted to do to make their systems, before they release it out to the real world. In the end to problem was not resolve, and the explanation that I got that they are still not sure whats causing the problem why we the customers cant log in.. It takes a huge toll on our precious personal time trying to fix something that should had been someone else's job to make it right. CoastHills should hire an entire call center, and highly trained agents.

In a time of poor customer service, Coast Hills takes the cake. I had a simple question about a credit card account - what interest rate am I being charged? There are THREE different interest fees noted in the most recent bill - but no explanation of what each stands for, and no listing of interest rate on the card if I use it. When I called the number, some very young girl refused to tell me the rate unless I gave her part of my social security number. I don't give my SS number out to anyone. (This, by the way, after a 45 minute game of musical chairs trying to find out that rate.) My bank cards list the interest rate on their bills - isn't Coast Hills legally required to do that? When I decided I might have more luck with the corporate office, I looked that up - and the number is not listed. The irony is that they were pushing a balance transfer from other cards at CH - why in God's name would I transfer a balance if I did not know what interest rate I would be charged? So - if and when I can find out what rate I am being charged (and would be charged on a transfer) I might consider that. But until I learn what that rate is, without needing to give out private financial information, that is a no go.
