Went in for some coins and obviously the side conversations are more important than the service to the client. Teller printed receipt twice and then stood to the side of the other teller to get change and continued conversation like if there wasn't a line of clients needing to get helped. And just to top it off I get called another name, doesn't your screen tell you who I am when I punch my code from inserting my card. Every time I go inside it makes me want to change banks even more.

Now this Branch is closed in the middle of the week in the middle of thier posted hours.. BofA, this is an outrage. I have tolerated this branches nonsense for 6 years, I'm closing my accounts and going back to just using Navy Federal again. You guys need to give this branch manager better support and if you are then I of need to replace them for all our sakes. Horrible branch ! Update, Iast review. I'm the Owner of a number of Businses to include minority interest in other projects. I want to speak directly to the CEO of BofA. (Brian Moynihan: 1.5 Million a year plus 24 Million in stock grants = 24.5 Million in 2020 tital salary! ) We pay you that. Do you care about us (your customers)? Here in small town Santa Maria or is our market to small and off yout bottom line radar? If it is then please just close the two branches before we all leave and your forced to close from loss of customers and poor reviews. It is starting to hurt your brand country wide because of social media. Or you can come down here yourself and fix it! It's your job . Do your job. Please.

This is been my bank for over 40 years, lately or at least last year they have provided me with very bad service. The lines are long and the waiting, only a few people working inside makes your trips to the bank very unpleasant. Just like others considering moving to another bank will be the best option, this bank for what I have seen they are not been very careful in following safety instruction with the virus. I would like to see this bank to turn around and reorganize and provide professional service to their clients but is not happening. At this time I do not recommend their services.

Well I am not from thIs area I am from L.A and BoFA has always treated me well. I have wanted to deposit money here but after reading the reviews im skeptical and honestly shocked how BoFA treats its customers here. Will be avoiding BoFA herenand instead taking my money to BoFA in L.A where they have a great history with me and its customers. Weird how its played differently here...best of luck to everyone!

Horrible experience. 50 minutes to get a cashier check. 6 tellers, all but 1 teller left and went in back. Bank manager, I assume, dressed like she was wearing a shirt 4 sizes too small. Dress more appropriate, and get more tellers working!

My experience was the amazing to say the least . I went in two min before they closed today and I was helped by Liz Torres to set up new my bank account . Let me tell you Liz Torres has world class customer service . Liz was very nice and patient and explained everything for my at the fullest very professional thank you very much for all your help

Have been waiting for 15 mins + in the business line with only one person ahead of me. The business line teller keeps helping regular customers which is unfair since I am in a time crunch. Makes me want to question my own personal bank account and might be moving on to a different business

The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced not to mention you have to wait for at least 15 minutes in line then to be told since you are not a customer of the bank you will have a o wait an additional 15 minutes for them to verify your account, to simply get funds from your benefits card (with BofA). On my previous visit the teller actually told me I shouldn't come to the bank because I am not a customer. Pathetic is one word to describe every aspect of this branch and bank!
