Opened up a business checking account with Bert and he was excellent. Very friendly, helpful, and made the process a breeze. Banks aren’t my favorite, but I definitely recommend this bank! 😄👍

I had a question for my account & Amanda was very courteous. She took the time to look it up to get an exact answer & was able to make a change to help me out even more, so appreciative. She provided valued customer service. I did not even have to wait long for my transaction. Thank you chase bank for always being great!

I've been at this branch for what seems for ever Having appointment is nice but sometimes they have to help other people. But waiting is not long and the smiles I receive are well worth it. Rachell is one of the best ,I ask any questions and she's always has the answer and fixes any problems.

I had a really great experience with Jennifer Urrea the other day. I don't normally write reviews but her customer service was excellent despite my unusual problem that Chase was not able to help me with over the phone. I'm so glad I came in to this branch!

My in-branch experiences have been fine, expect a wait, like others have said. However, you just can't ever get through to them by phone. Don't bother. Every time I've called, I get an automated message said every one is busy and to call back. You can't even leave a message. It's very frustrating when you just want to ask a simple, non account related question that is branch specific.

My elderly mother in law had an appointment with banker Ron Anderson in order to straighten out her accounts. I was unable to assist her, since I am 10 hours away from Santa Maria, where she lives. She had become confused due to the number of accounts that she had. Mr. Anderson patiently walked her through each account, combined all of her accounts into a single account, and assisted her with her social services application. Mr. Anderson was professional, kind, and courteous throughout this extensive appointment. Mr. Anderson also took the time to discuss the issues with my wife, whom he called during the meeting.I would highly recommend this bank to anyone in the area.

Horrible service. I came in Wednesday, January 20, 2016 9AM to cash in a large check. The teller declined to put it into my account because it looked 'fake' and asked me to go to Wells Fargo to verify that the account holder had funds in their account. This was financial aid money and the check holder was obviously state funded check. It was a check from California State University, Fullerton. If you really think a check coming from a public university is fake I don't think you deserve to work as a teller. What I found more inconvenient was that the teller wanted a signed note saying that the check was certainly a real check from a Wells Fargo employee. I went to Wells Fargo to get it verified as they said and the tellers joked at Chase with their ridiculous request. They offered to give me cash for my check with no fees. With that said I opened a new Wells Fargo account and closed out my current Chase banking. I am glad this incident happened as I wouldn't have moved to Wells Fargo if it weren't for this experience.

I recently went and talked to Guillermo Valdez and he was amazing! The service was great and fast too! I recommend going in early like I did and there is no wait. We talked about the benefits of Disney with a Chace account and I was super excited! Haha really nice banker.
