They took out 1300 dollar from my account and they didn’t think to block my card. Like what! I go to the bank now I have to wait 10 days or up to 3 months to wait to hear something I guarantee they will be hearing from my lawyers soon. ~Destiny

Went in for some coins and obviously the side conversations are more important than the service to the client. Teller printed receipt twice and then stood to the side of the other teller to get change and continued conversation like if there wasn't a line of clients needing to get helped. And just to top it off I get called another name, doesn't your screen tell you who I am when I punch my code from inserting my card. Every time I go inside it makes me want to change banks even more. ~Victoria

Opened up a business checking account with Bert and he was excellent. Very friendly, helpful, and made the process a breeze. Banks aren’t my favorite, but I definitely recommend this bank! 😄👍 ~Ryan

Extremely unprofessional! Never apply for a Mortgage here, Isaac Berumen sabotaged a Home purchase by failing to complete docs, being dishonest, breaching timelines, and then advising his clients who were family members to not sign a Purchase cancellation to lock up the deposit and prevent the seller from selling their home after wasting the sellers time in 60 days of escrow. ~DJ

Literally the worst bank you could ever possibly go to. Choose absolutely any other bank if you don't want you card constantly compromised and customer service from people in a loud room who can't speak any English. ~Jack

Doing this review on behalf of my grandpa. He can’t stand for a long period of time and uses a walker. He asked if someone could help him cash his check, but if he could sit down while he waited. They told him he couldn’t save his spot like that. They not only accommodate him because of his disability, but didn’t even let him wait sitting down. It’s an older person!!!! What kind of service is that! The girls name was Liz I THINK. She was a shorter Hispanic girl. ~Luke
