Honestly u had one bad experience here with a terrible phlebotomist the very first time but ever since then it’s always been great. It’s usually always the same woman drawing my blood and she’s talkative and funny, today it’s was a very young looking guy who’s as super quiet but man did he do a good job, I get so anxious around needles but I swear it didn’t even hurt going in, I think his name was Micha, at least that’s what it said in the room we were in. Hopefully I keep having great experiences here!

I wanted to do my labs today and because appointments were not available I decided to walk in and wait for my turn. I was asked to wait in my car (understandable due to Covid) and I was told by a gentlemen working there I’m gonna be called, but he said the waiting time is unknown at this point and it could take even a few hours. Well, I did as instructed, but I never got a call or text or anything. And sadly I have to say the person who talked to me, sent me to my car and requested my phone number wasn’t pleasant in any way whatsoever. He was short with me, sounded annoyed with my presence there and was just unfriendly. Labs are very expensive and it would be nice to have a better customer service especially because most of your patients are not feeling well as it is. I’m very disappointed with quest diagnostics at this location.

I'm gonna say negative 10. We were walk ins and waiting for an hour and a half in our cars and still no service so we left. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK and I recommend no one comes to this Quest. They are very rude and not organized. One lady didn't even know we were waiting because they didn't hand her the paper! There was a lady and another man still waiting who got there at 930am and I left at 1130 without any of the walk ins being seen.... I see that the owner is saying thank you for bringing to to their attention, but nothing is ever done about it ans they staff is still so rude to everyone...

Got told to wait in the car after making a walk in appointment. 45 minutes later I asked if it would be a while longer and they had no idea who I was and I was told that I had not checked in. I was told it would be a couple of hours now for a simple blood draw. I would say go to a different quest, but they all have pretty bad reviews.

I was concerned after reading some of the reviews but I used the online scheduling system and it was very easy to find an appt time. I showed up 10 mins early, checked in using my phone while waiting in my car. I recieved a return text that they were ready for me. I was in and out with 10mins. Very Satisfied with the process and Staff.

The website indicated 6min walk in wait. I called and the automated system said walk-ins are welcome too. We drove to this location although it's far from home just to be turned back saying it's appointment only! What a terrible service from Quest Diagnostics!T is the second branch we go to with a bad experience. Quest Diagnostics you need to update your phone and website and start acting like you care about your customers. I'll make sure in the future all our lab orders are sent to LabCorp instead.

The facility is easier and the people who work here are very, very nice and professional. My complaint is with Quest Diagnostics in general!! You can never get through to them! Three times now I have had to do cartwheels to try to obtain my lab results. They do not send to your doctor in a timely manner nor to the secondary specialist that you need to take the test results to! I have had to get my family practitioner involved to obtain the results and then I need to run by his office to pick up in time for the specialist. This should not be! And yes I do have an account with My Quest, so the test should be in there. It’s a nightmare!
