I wanted to do my labs today and because appointments were not available I decided to walk in and wait for my turn. I was asked to wait in my car (understandable due to Covid) and I was told by a gentlemen working there I’m gonna be called, but he said the waiting time is unknown at this point and it could take even a few hours. Well, I did as instructed, but I never got a call or text or anything. And sadly I have to say the person who talked to me, sent me to my car and requested my phone number wasn’t pleasant in any way whatsoever. He was short with me, sounded annoyed with my presence there and was just unfriendly. Labs are very expensive and it would be nice to have a better customer service especially because most of your patients are not feeling well as it is. I’m very disappointed with quest diagnostics at this location. ~Ewa
