Extremely rude customer service. Seems the same guy is still there, reading the other reviews. It kept saying “Please wait…” on our pump and I didn’t trust just leaving without this being resolved and actually cancelled. The employee obviously didn’t care, just told us to move on to another pump. When I told him that he didn’t have to be so annoyed about it, he started yelling at me that Exxon is a million dollar company. ???? Said employee also told another customer, who was there to use the restroom, that he would be using it first. And off he went. Nice. We are getting gas elsewhere. Our credit card better not be charged by this gas station. ~Dagmar

I unfortunately have to do labs monthly. Usually I'm left with a big purple bruise. Today I had the best experience. Anna Maria was able to do a quick painless draw and 8 hours later no bruises. I'm lucky as she is normally in Salinas and today was covering for Cass St. Thanks Anna Maria! ~Mike

I highly recommend this Monterey Hertz location. The manager remembered our family from previous rentals, even though we typically only rent once per year during Monterey car week in August. She offered us a lovely Mercedes SUV upgrade for only $50 additional per day, which was perfect for our family. ~Demetri

It was very bad experience today at Mac's cosmetics at del monte shopping center in Monterey! The lady at the customer service pretended that she did not hear me when I wanted to check an eyeliner I wanted to buy as I was not sure if that's the one I usually buy. I asked her 3 times and she did not let me see it... she was looking down at me as if I am a begger just because I was not feeling good and wearing sweatpants and t shirt 🙄 sadly those who always claim they are discriminated against are the ones who practice discrimination based on appearance!! She needs to learn what customers service means! I ended up leaving and will buy it online! ~Nadin

Great experience. Everyone was very nice and the lady that did my haircut did a wonderful job. I also love that it’s in the shopping center because you can easily grab a drink or something to eat before or after your appointment. The shop was clean and everyone was wearing masks. ~Alisha

Eh. When it works it works, but we've had to call several times over the course of 6 months for downed or compromised servers causing non-working emails. maybe 10 years ago, it was ok but we rely so much on electronic communication today and likely indefinitely that it can literally make or break business deals. ~Etheline

The store here really very good for Men's clothing. They have excellent fabric selections, exquisite styles and variety of styles. I appreciate their professionalism and friendliness. Express has a variety of style. Excellent work and highly recommended them! ~Andrew
